You guys are absolutely awesome. I have started following your advice on certain muscle movements and incorporated it with my already healthy eating intermittent fasting meal plan.

This piece of advice has changed my game. I just tried it yesterday and today....got up from my work out just and am typing this bcz I just had to thank you and appreciate you for putting this vital point out there. Such a 360° turn in my lower back pain....like zero pain yesterday and today. It's absolutely unbelievable. I am in total awe. I was using my hip flexors all along. I am like whaaaat and I thought I knew how to exercise 🤭 The moment I started doing this👆🏾...voila! Wow. You guys are god-send. Thank you. Thank you. And I am so thankful to the universe that I landed here on this video and your channel. I was looking for forearm exercises. Imagine! 😅👀

Thanks for the Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (do a search on google)? It is an awesome one off product for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend after many years got astronomical results with it.

What do you think of using a resistant loop instead of foam roller and having it around your thighs close to knees, that way you have to push your knees outward instead of pressing them inward while doing bridges and i feel it works more on Glute minimus...would love to know your opinions.thanks :)

this is how i was told to do them by PT, it obviously engages the muscles that pull your hips out (adductors or abductors idk which is which) which can make it a less isolating exercise for glutes but you can do both at the same time with a band if theyre both things you need to work on

Hi! I have a question that I’ve been trying to figure out for a while, hopefully you can help. If I have an imbalance how do I tell which glute is weaker? Is it the one that gets more sore or is that one sore because it is activating more and doing more work so I should work on the other glute? Hope that makes sense 😬 love your show! 😊

bootypopper101 the problem is my hamstrings get tired way before my glutes on single leg bridges 😒 plus there’s still the question of is it getting tired faster because it’s actually doing more work?

Timing yourself is not an accurate method to measure imbalance. There are variables you can't account for like fatigue from doing one leg to the next... Get on the glute kick-back machine and start with one side on a weight so heavy you cannot do it. Then lower that weight one stack at a time until that ass cheek can perform a full rep, then start that process over with your other leg. If there is an imbalance then you'll see. Keep in mind your butt has 3 muscle groups, so if you want to be very accurate with this, you can do this field test using machines that target each group in as much of an isolated fashion as possible
