3 Best Secrets How to make your butt grow (AVOID THESE MISTAKES)
Why you struggle with this?
- Poor Neurological Connection
- Anterior Pelvic Tilt (more weight on quads and hip flexors)
- Lots of reps “to feel the burn”
Get reconnected with your butt…nuerologically ; )
3 Movements:
Floor Bridges x 10 reps each side (flat back)
- Knees bent at 90 degrees
- Feet shoulder width apart
- Tuck your chin down
- PRESS YOUR LOW BACK FLAT
- Core & Abs engaged
- Lift up and squeeze your glutes
- Slow and controlled; pause at the top
Frog Pumps/Butterfly x 10 reps each side (open knees)
- Tuck chin
- Flatten back
- Knees open
- Lift up and squeeze your glutes
- Slow and controlled; pause at top
Bulgarian Split Squat x 5 reps each side
- Start from the bottom
- Kneel down first
- 90 degree bend
- Find comfortable position
- Glute mead activated
- Keep knee out and open
- DO NOT allow it to collapse it
- Nice and slow, controlled
- Intent = neurological connection
Just because you feel a certain exercise doesn’t mean it’s going to help you grow your butt.
1 . Not about lifting heavy
2. The intent of the movement is everything
3. You don’t want to fatigue the muscle (BIGGEST mistake girls make)

here's several ideas for increasing butt size at home look for some simple exercises online Do some toning exercises such as weighted squats and donkey kicks. Try changing your diet. Eat lots of protein and the right type of carbs and fats. Wear the right clothes. Try butt-lifting underwear or a girdle. (I read these and why they work from Magic butt blueprint website )
i really like this guy. he seems so friendly and wasn’t condescending

I really understand why my quads were getting overtight when I tried to do squats. Thanks for this clear and concise explanation that no body worker has been able to give me hitherto.
This is the first video I've watched on this channel now I'm going to watch them all. This is exactly what I needed to know about growing my booty after losing weight 👌
I tried this before doing heavy barbell squats this morning. 100% worked. I sometimes dont feel glutes working when doing squats but today just after 1 round of these 3 exercises I definitely felt my entire glutes working. THANK YOU

Since listening to this, I am consistently thinking of tilting my pelvis forward. Thank you; I feel so much more grounded and stable in general. I can't wait to see how this benefits my home workouts. Cheers!
This was AWESOME. I love the physiological explanations- as a nurse, it’s so good to get the rationale for the mind-to-muscle behind certain movements. THANK YOU!

The amount of knowledge you share in this video is so thoughtful and so helpful. I truly appreciate it.
I love how he gets right into it and avoid all that babbling!! Very informative. I can’t wait to try it!!
You just totally explained why I'm not feeling these workouts in my butt. Now I can adjust accordingly. Thanks dude!
He is very knowledgeable about about how the muscles work, the anatomy and physiology . I love it.
You seriously just helped sooo many people! People watch videos but they don’t LISTEN & do it with the video , Gracias
Thank you so much. Keep the good work up and don't let anybody discourage you so far as you're doing the right thing.
Thank you for the great tips!!! I always exercised in my youth, but I did the glute exercises wrong which explained why I never had much improvement. I’m excited to get started doing these exercises correctly and seeing results!!! 🙂
Dude this is the best explanation of how to exercise correctly. THANKS!! 1/24/2019: I have a low back injury. I used your method of flattening my back when I exercise. My back does not hurt like it used to. Something so small made such an important POSITIVE impact on my exercise routine. 💯💯💯💯 TY

Hey❤️ So is your booty b❤️gger yet?
Interesting. As rehab for my knee, my PT had me do the first two exercises. She said that often knee problems mean that the hip and glutes are probably weak. I could lift heavy weights, but I was not taking care of the smaller muscles that keep everything connected. Thanks for these. I will add them back into my arsenal.

Thank ya! I also appreciate that you didn’t share this knowledge then ask me to visit your website and pay for a workout book of “sEcretS” lol I felt like that’s where the video was headed for a minute. Adding this to my summer workout playlist to revisit. Can’t wait to binge your Channel now lol

i had trouble doing squats bc of knee surgery i had many yrs ago. i learned i had 2 develop my core more 2 tolerate going down into a squat. i actually did this by getting an ab roller ($5 dollar general) i couldnt even do 5 when i 1st purchased it. 2 yrs later i can do 200 a day & also do squats no problem now (plus i almost have a 6 pk!) im no professional...just letting u know what worked 4 me! Hope it helps!
First time seeing u and I live u. U are very informative and detailed. Thank u.
Love this! I’ve learned form is everything! Thanks so much👍😀
This makes a lot of sense, thank you. I see so many butt videos on her, largely aimed at females, telling them to do lots of sets and reps.... EVERYDAY..... the muscle will never get a chance to repair itself.
