How to Fix Knee Snapping and Pop Sounds

Dr. Rowe shows how to fix popping, snapping, and clicking knee sounds for good using NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT!
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done AT HOME and may help get rid of knee click, pop, and crack sounds in as little as 30 SECONDS!
This video will be broken up into an EASY, effective step-by-step guide that's going to target the main causes of pop and crack sounds in (and around) the knee joint.
In the FIRST part, we're going to tackle a huge culprit of a snapping knee, that is muscle tightness and irritation to the muscle tendons. We're going to go over a simple and effective self massage that will help loosen everything up and get the knee moving more smoothly.
The SECOND part is going to focus on a big instigator of knee popping and clicks: lack of joint mobility. Easy stretching exercises are shown that will help improve knee movement, and help with issues such as osteoarthritis and crepitus.
THIRD, we'll focus on fixing imbalances and weakness (which may lead to pops and cracks) in and around the knee muscles with strengthening exercises.
WATCH now and get rid of a popping and cracking knee sounds for good!

I have had popping / cracking knees for over a year and recently my right one has been getting waves of AGONIZING pain (usually in the cold weather or sitting for long periods). The only relief I can get is after it pops. I dont have health insurance yet so I can't afford to see a knee specialist or physiotherapist. I really hope this works and will repost if it does. Thankyou so much.

So, what I think I'm learning here from you is that the condition of the soft tissues around the knees contributes to knee-popping or clicking. Very good to know. Once again, emphasizing the importance of working on the soft tissues.

Doc, let me tell you how this has just helped me so much! I’ve started working out consistently everyday and noticed my knees popping when I go up the stairs. My muscles have been tight and I stretch after and now foam rolls. But nothing helped! That guasha got everything together! I did every exercise! Thanks so much!!! I was getting sad that my weight loss journey needed to halt! I’m happy I did the research and didn’t stop!

My right knee pain has subsided however the left still pains when I fold or unfold my left leg. The pain is only there on the inner side of the left knee like some kind of a pull/stretch. Dr Rowe, do you suggest I do these exercises and check? I do warm foot baths and wrap my knee with warm towel alternate days for now. Thank you for the video. 🙏🏼
