How to Fix Hamstring Pain FOR GOOD
Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly relieve hamstring muscle tightness and pain.
The hamstrings are a group of muscles on the posterior thigh. When they get strained and inflamed, they may cause pain from the back of the leg to the knee.
What usually causes this is tightness and weakness in the hamstrings (and the muscles that help support it). To get quick relief and long-lasting relief, we're going to focus on lengthening and strengthening these muscles.
To get the best results, make sure to go through all exercises and use what offers you the most relief.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home, require no special equipment, and may give quick pain relief... even in as little as 30 SECONDS!
Watch now and get rid of hamstring pain for good!

So glad I found you ! I am 4 months out from a right bursectomy and repair of 2 torn gluteal mini - medi muscles . I had a spinal L4-S1 fusion in 2015. Now I have a pinched nerve in my left leg (was my good leg) plus a horrible seems like constant hamstring cramp. I did the exercises from an one of your videos and it really helped . Going to do these now . Question :can I get an adjustment from a chiropractor since I have a spinal fusion ?
This is helping me soo much thanks !
I use many of his exercises, and they help tremendously to keep me going (running 10km multiple times a week). Especially 3:36 is what many people, including former me, get wrong. Thank you!

Wow I'm glad I found your channel! Im a mess right now. I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and my doctor said i will need a knee replacement. I'm 57 so I am very depressed. My left quads and hamstring are very sore. In September it looked up and i couldn't get out of the car for 2hrs. I drove myself to the ER. I was in so much pain it was hard for them to do x-rays. I was sitting on the table and scooted up an heard a pop and the pain went away...crazy to me. This morning I got in my car and under my left knee it tried to lock up as i was getting into my car. I immediately started moving my leg because I was on my way to work. This is scary, im very very sore in my hamstring and quads. Do you think i should do both of your exercises for Back of Knee Pain in 30 seconds and this video? Thank you in advance ive been reading the comments and you are helping many people.
Thank you 🌷

I don’t get a lot of pain at first but I get intense muscle spasms in the hamstring and the muscle from the hip to the inside of the knee. Will these stretches and help with spasms? I have atrophy of the muscles since neck surgery 3 yrs ago.
Hi hope you see this. If I have a strained hamstring (it happened Dec 2022), though the tension and discomfort is felt when I do pancake pose, should I focus on strengthening my quads or glutes? Or both? I see you have a leg extension like exercise and I have that machine at the gym.
Sir, I have hamstring pain like that muscles get locked ,while i was running in my foot ball time, how frequently that ball exercises I can do in a day? Thank you so much sir

I am an Uber driver and spend a lot of time driving. Do you have any stretches that I can do throughout the day that can relieve upper back/shoulder pain and sciatic pain/ankle pain due to using the gas and brake all day. Maybe doing a video in the car? Love your videos!

I have a hamstring pull and the pain is bad!!! Should i even attempt any of these? I dont want to make it worse
What if I have a hip replacement on that side? I think my hamstring has inflation. I had a hip replacement 6 years ago. Something did pop in my groin area when bending. Over time, it ached in my groin, and where the buttocks meet the leg.

Isn't stretching hamstrings in the beginning irritates more the muscle ? Pain could last longer if that happens..
