How to Fix Hamstring Pain FOR GOOD

Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly relieve hamstring muscle tightness and pain.
The hamstrings are a group of muscles on the posterior thigh. When they get strained and inflamed, they may cause pain from the back of the leg to the knee.
What usually causes this is tightness and weakness in the hamstrings (and the muscles that help support it). To get quick relief and long-lasting relief, we're going to focus on lengthening and strengthening these muscles.
To get the best results, make sure to go through all exercises and use what offers you the most relief.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home, require no special equipment, and may give quick pain relief... even in as little as 30 SECONDS!
Watch now and get rid of hamstring pain for good!

So glad I found you ! I am 4 months out from a right bursectomy and repair of 2 torn gluteal mini - medi muscles . I had a spinal L4-S1 fusion in 2015. Now I have a pinched nerve in my left leg (was my good leg) plus a horrible seems like constant hamstring cramp. I did the exercises from an one of your videos and it really helped . Going to do these now . Question :can I get an adjustment from a chiropractor since I have a spinal fusion ?

Wow I'm glad I found your channel! Im a mess right now. I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and my doctor said i will need a knee replacement. I'm 57 so I am very depressed. My left quads and hamstring are very sore. In September it looked up and i couldn't get out of the car for 2hrs. I drove myself to the ER. I was in so much pain it was hard for them to do x-rays. I was sitting on the table and scooted up an heard a pop and the pain went away...crazy to me. This morning I got in my car and under my left knee it tried to lock up as i was getting into my car. I immediately started moving my leg because I was on my way to work. This is scary, im very very sore in my hamstring and quads. Do you think i should do both of your exercises for Back of Knee Pain in 30 seconds and this video? Thank you in advance ive been reading the comments and you are helping many people.

Hi hope you see this. If I have a strained hamstring (it happened Dec 2022), though the tension and discomfort is felt when I do pancake pose, should I focus on strengthening my quads or glutes? Or both? I see you have a leg extension like exercise and I have that machine at the gym.
