    Also turn feet inward n outward in a controlled motion will strength muscles in the arch area. And it strengthens the inner n outer leg muscle

    My heels are in pain alot (plantar fasciitis from fibromyalgia) and I can't lift my toes up high at all, is it still effective?

    I found 2 exercise to stretch the nerve . I have to do Every day .so. I. Can. Walk. Exercise 1 lay on your side,leg straight , top leg draw up to chest, then swing backwards, then push thru heel outward ( like jump start motorcycle) except I lay on my bed . Make it a smooth . It relieves all pain . I only do up to 10 on each side . ** lay on your back . Legs straight. Bend both legs ,then take right foot lay across front of left knee. Now hold position. Lift left foot up . Higher.right side relieves sciatica nerve . Repeat other side .
