I think the "hack" is: 1. No one want's to be sold to. 2. Provide long form advertisements/content "disguised"- not in an nefarious way, Ryan is a broker, he's very honest- as entertainment. 3. Make it entertaining and encourage engagement in digestible bites- not 1 single human being is going to sit through a 1 minute advertisement- but we will sit through 10 minutes of being "sold" if it's compelling. 4. None of it's going to work if your intentions are not pure, meaning providing value first and caring/engaging with your community. It's worked since the start of time.

Quick question, how do you handle Facebook's limitations on audience targeting for special ad groups, since RE is in there per Fair Housing? We're so limited on the interest targeting now, are you just targeting homebuyer and home search-related interests? Are you doing non-listing ads that fall outside of the special ad groups?

It's amazing because with Facebook's AI, all you need to do is start off with some really general targeting like the Zillow and Real Estate interests and your ads will find the right people on their own. There's a huge misconception around targeting because once your AI gets leads coming in consistently and learns what types of people will sign up to your ads, you can have zero targeting other than a location. I'm dead serious, for my clients I remove targeting to reach maximum scale and Facebook's AI takes it from there. Hope this helped!

The rich invest like their poor and the poor spend like their rich. The answer is simple don't spend, invest and wealth will follow you.

So I just spent 18 minutes of my time to watch a video called how to find real estate Leads with social media ads and after that I still have 0 clues about how to find real estate Leads with social media ads. The input was: 1. We use social media ads 2. We have a course 3. Some random questions with answers which won’t help you by anything (if you haven’t ever heard about social media ads then maybe) If you simply got clickbait as well I recommend just skip this and safe your time. You won’t lern anything valuable at all.

The ”ryan serhant” page is but they are all course sales related and nothing to do with selling homes, where can we see all of these ads you are running for properties?

yeah you may need a better marketer. the key to providing value to the audience is showing them things that they would not be able to see/know/learn without otherwise having to visit the property. key point missed.

Maybe the one on the Nest Seekers International page; their previous brokage firm before Serhant. It seems to have ad for Listings but i can only see Novembre; i don't know how to properly use this feature of seeing the ads.
