Holly shit! I was having a heart attack just by listening. Can you imagine putting in 1.8 mi then the guy reneges the deal? Wing could have easily reneged the deal. I have to tell you, from all your stories I think this is one of my favorites.

@LiamHow do you measure or what do you consider success? Albeit financially, do you have access to their personal bank statements? Grant buys property with other peoples money. the holding company close to a billion in assets. That does not mean he is worth a billion bruh

@Liam Grant has no where near $300 million in the bank. The little kid Logan paul has more money than him - His jet is a direct tax write off from the cashflow properties. He doesn't own that shit, its the "companies Jet" If his properties GO then the jet GOES. Its a facade, he is maybe worth 10 million from his personal brand like his courses. Everything else is not him. He pays himself 10% or more to manage all that real estate that people are giving him money for, thats how he gets paid as well. YOU DONT REALLY UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE SCENES. READ THE SMALL PRINT

Guido Anselmi he shares one in his book with a guy he calls Mr X and he did the same thing. The guy blew Ryan off so to close the deal Ryan fibs and tells Mr X he’s going to be in Paris so he can get the paper worked signed. He used the last $1100 in his bank account to fly to Paris to get paperwork signed for a deal with a guy he didn’t even know was real. Haha

BRAND Ryan It would mean the world to me to get a facetime call and I will gladly explain why! I am in my 4th year of selling real estate in Philadelphia Suburbs and it has literally changed my life. I dont believe money changes people it only electrifies who they are and when I began to follow you at the very start of million dollar listing watching your brand being built brick by brick was so cool to watch unfold.
