I started fasting by simply gradually eating… 1 hour later every few days. So if your first meal is typically at 8am, change it to 9am. Fasting is like a muscle. I’ve been fasting for 3 years now and did 72 hour fast recently with ease. 😊🙌🏻💪🏻

I've just ordered fast like a girl to read when I'm on my holiday in a few days I can't wait. Fasting has changed my life! I cannot wait to one day pass the book on to my daughter when she's old enough and I'm praying that maybe If she has the correct health tool that she can skip the horrible yoyo dieting that I had to deal with growing up.

Dr Mindy Pelz, I have devoured your videos and I’ve read two of your books. I am 55 years old and already more than a year away from my last period. Can I do the 30 day reset as a ‘go to’ every moon cycle to try to produce more of my 3 hormones? Or am I already doomed with it…

I'm 35 and have been on hormone therapy for the last year. I've been using the testosterone cream and cycling progesterone. I want to get off of my hormone medication. Would I just need to follow the fasting process and eventually be able to stop medication? I've talked to my hormone therapist about quitting and obviously they don't approve but I don't see any reason why I can't if I can balance my hormones on my own
