The Life-changing Benefits of Fasting with Dr. Mindy Pelz

Have you experienced the benefits of fasting? I found today’s conversation with Dr. Mindy Pelz on this topic to be fascinating. She is a leading expert in the fasting space who has empowered hundreds of thousands of people worldwide to be healthier, stronger, and have more energy through fasting.
In our discussion, we discuss how fasting can help us detox from the chemicals in our bodies, the truth about intermittent fasting, and some easy-to-follow strategies to mobilize your body’s own healing and fat-burning abilities through fasting.
Mindy also has a new book coming out, Fast Like a Girl, which has addresses the differences between how men and women should approach fasting, which we also touched on today.

Fasting lifestyle, resistance training and low carb diet for me helped me with my depression and anxiety. The energy is through the roof. Mind clarity & hyper focus brain is insane. 🙌👏🙏. Thank you Dr Mindy & Hal. I’ve been listening to Dr. Mindy on how I fast in accordance to my menstruation cycle.

I'm on day three of the 5-1-1.; Migraine wanted to complicate it and not get started because I didn't know everything about it. Making it complicated I just got started. I am 52 past menopause. This is easy to start. I was quite amazed what happens in the body at different stages of fasting.

Thank you Hal for all that you do and for bringing us different resources such as Dr Mindy Pelz. Amazing what happens to the body at various points of fasting. Who would have ever thought that!!! Thank you for sharing. I listen to many of your podcasts and I used to think just listening to you was enough advice but lately I have also appreciated the interviews as well. I am in my car all day for what I do for work and that gives me plenty of opportunity to listen to your podcasts past and present. I am excited to dive in more with Dr Mindy Pelz. I have now watched several of her youtube videos and want to start incorporating fasting. Thank you again.

Does anyone notice how you will have actual family/ friend, EVEN DOCTOR “saboteurs ” who do NOT want you to succeed! I have lived a lifetime of it- at 69 I am ONLY listening to MYSELF now ❤

Fasting is not restrictive. It's liberating, and the best way to get most of our inner energy that our body can use!
