How To Execute An Easy & Effective Throw By Takedown | The FRATONE'S
Hey all!
We are switching it up today and showing a takedown! Sometimes it's complicated to accomplish takedowns in BJJ because the Gi grips make it difficult. But, this is a simple yet effective takedown that can be executed in both Gi and no-Gi. If anyone is struggling with their BJJ takedowns, then make sure you give this throw by a try! It seemed to me though that at the beginning stage of the takedowns you could jump guard on him? - but you'd have to be real fast!

I could potentially jump guard, but like you said I would have to do it very fast. Bobby has a very good wrestling background so as soon as he gets his grips on me it’s game over 🥲🥲🥲

If you want do some challenges! With different moves like rear naked choke, arm bar, triangle choke... Grab the guys to see if they can escape!

Fallon, I know you show respect to other Jiu Jitsu competitors also. Have you heard of Helena Crevar yet? She is only 16 years old and champion. She is currently 63-0! That is amazing! Her channel is Helena Jiu Jitsu girl. Also, have you ever heard of Ffion Davies? She is from Wales and a champion also. She takes down much bigger opponents all time.

I have not heard of Helena crevar, but I will be sure to look her up now! Thank you! I LOVE ffion, I actually met her once at the worlds competition in California. She’s always been my idol. She just won her first world champion title as a black belt yesterday. 😊😊😊😊

Just checked out Helena's channel.
