How To Achieve an Unstoppable Arm Bar | The FRATONE’S

Hey guys,
This week we are showing an arm bar attack from mount. This position is killer if you learn how to perfect these steps. The pressure is so intense that people will be just giving you their arm to take 😂 I hope you all enjoy! Don’t forget to let us know what you all want to see next!
Xoxo,
Fallon

could we see demonstration of 'the muffler' a rarely used technique, some consider not sportsmanlike but its used in comps all the time

Double Swag Nasty is an excellent instructor! 😎👏 This looks very effective but I would like to see it used in actual competition. Like with all tutorials where the partner is like totally passive and not actively trying to prevent the attack, it's got to be harder to execute in competition... Cripes! Just before posting this I got a pop-up notice from KZread asking "Unsubscribe from Fallon Fratone?" with a choice of "Unsubscribe" or Cancel." I canceled! Still subscribed! Whew! 😌 You never know what KZread's gonna throw you! You have 23K subscribers now. I think you'll have 100K before the year is out! Hey can you guys do a tutorial on a buggy choke? I know some people who are interested in that.

Hi George! Yes he is a very good instructor! He has such a vast amount of knowledge with every position. He actually gets this position all of the time. I will try to film it in love time for you and make a short of it! It’s an unstoppable position if applied correctly😊 Oh no! Thank you for still supporting I know you’ve been a long time watcher ☺️

Hey I know the Shorts videos seem to be popular, but I'm not a fan of this new format, if you scroll down too far by accident another Shorts video from another KZread channel starts playing 😒, I can't adjust the volume on the audio ( except mute it, lol ) or change the playback speed ( very useful when viewing fast BJJ moves! ) or save them. I have saved several of your videos so I can still view them if for some reason they are deleted from KZread. I have seen several videos of great BJJ matches get deleted, and some of those I did not save. Grrrr! So if you can, please make any clips of the armbar competitions at least 30 seconds so they don't become Shorts. 🙏

I haven’t practiced in years but I miss it. I literally just enjoyed locking people down And being super passive. I’d just try to adjust myself in a chose so I won’t go to sleep, then wait . To use least energy possible. Was my goal Any way I love safe positions. (I use that term loosely) But never seen a video of strait lock downs & muscle to bone …. I guess that would be more dirty jujitsu. Answered my own question. Before I asked it….. to late to be up watching your crazy videos man…. Dam spider monkey legs. Gj Good content if you made some random person miss there bed time haha keep it up y’all

That’s why drilling the position is so important so when you get to the spot it’s reaction based and just a reflex right into the submission. But jiu jitsu is a never ending of possibilities and that’s the fun of it! Still need to know as many of positions as possible ☺️
