umm idk if this works for everyone but if you drink a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar it will help with cramps, blood clots, and your period will be much lighter but i will warn you that it is very nasty but the thing i saw it said to put it in cold or hot water and it has to be 16 ounces or u can just drink a tablespoon to get it out the way but when i did the water bottle i spit it out because my throat couldn’t take that stuff but you should try

@@malibum2347 I totally get you, I found them tricky to use at first, too! It took some trials and a different cup and fold method to work it out. The website I mentioned really helped me - they have a quiz to find out which cup will fit you and many explanatory videos. Also, I use period pants as back up, which I could in fact also recommend to you, @Rhea! :)

@@tonyaglover1133 Cinnamon. You can brew it yourself with cinnamon sticks, or just boil the water and stir in a spoon of cinnamon powder. That’s the method I use. Add a little honey for flavor if needed. It works great! It’s also good for cramps

I tried this and it didn't work for me. ☹️ I boiled the cinnamon sticks and I squeezed half lemon 🍋 and half green lime in the cup then I let it sit and drank it after. I hope I did it correctly.. I know I did not blend the cinnamon sticks.

When I switched to organic tampons2 years ago I went from 7 to 5 days too. Thank God I switched and also ACV helped lighten my period flow. I don’t get cramps so I’m not sure if it helps with that.

Yeah I agree with the tampons and that’s why I stop using them because I heard that they weren’t really good to use. Also tampons can make the period even longer

Yes tampons are killing us and we don’t even realize it. I stopped using tampons back in 2015 and it was the best thing I had ever done. My periods went from 7 days to 4-5days (where I only bleed the first 2 days. And I use to have to be put to sleep with hard meds in order to handle the cramps because it felt like I was having really bad labor pains for the first 2-3days. I now don’t have to take meds anymore to withstand the cramps! And now that I stop eating dairy, I almost don’t have any cramps, I just mainly get them on the fist day.
