    I’m right handed and i use LR. I’m trying to switch over to RL cuz it looks more practical but it feels so awkward to me

    @@tigheoberg7910 lol I'm watching this video for that exact same reason but i noticed the LR guys he showed as examples were mostly still finishing with the right hand, i guess it doesn't really matter as long as you can get up🤷🏿‍♂️but i gotta admit hard to do it against taller defenders cause the ball isn't protected as much

    I can grab and hold rim off 1 leg. I’m hoping if I can become a two foot jumper I’ll be able to increase my bounce.

    I recently switched to a RL cus I’ll dunk more off two feet and I’m right handed. Typical right handed players need to be a RL. There’s no looking back after switching.

    That's how I feel. I love RL and you have your body for protection! Versus LR where you're exposing the ball a lil more BUT you're getting higher vertically in my opinion!

    @@ck1sports yes it’s a lot easier to dunk in traffic goin RL. I can’t go LR going full speed and would instead go off my left leg but my RL I can go full speed. I have to be wide open to go LR. I’m sure it’s the same thing for you

    I almost always 1 foot jump with my left, but now my left knee is always kind of sore but working on it. Two foot dunking always felt weird and way less effective. Im thinking of learning to dunk right to left to put the plant on my right to avoid pressure on my left. Think thats the best way to go?

    Hey man I don't know if you will read this but I need some serious help with my jump technique I'm 6'8 and can't dunk im also 300 but I play alot and there's no reason I shouldn't be able to hammer I recorded myself and my form is god awful man if you could help me I would greatly appreciate it

    how tall r u cause im 5 ;7 and 14 doing workouts to jump higher and they working but im injured and i can still touch the rim but only on 8 or 9 foot hoop keep practicing and doing workourts and u will be able to
