    Thank you so much I was able to follow it so well , I have shared on Facebook, and sent by email to my son ,my daughter and my sister in law Just wished I had understood the important of deep breathing years ago ,now with my whole plant based diet I am free of all medication, feeling so much stronger ,pain free , happy healthier lifestyle! , vegan too for the love of all animals

    I'm fine with a little less slow pace and no holding, but deep breathing helps for me and this is a nice video.

    i was doing the exercise and i started feeling relaxed, but then as i was looking at the photos accompanying the audio i realized all the photos are over-exposed and now im stressed out all over again. no worries, did the exercise with my eyes closed this time. 👍🏻

    I have this feeling of no being real, like I’m not here but at the same time I am and it’s giving me anxiety and stress and the anxiety is what’s keep that feeling there. So it’s like a loop. Idk if this would help, but DPDR is very scary and I’m only 15, been going on for 2 years, someone please help me

    SLOW 5 MINUTE BREATHING THROUGH THE NOSE TWICE A DAY WILL LOWER YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE. TRY IT, AND PROVE IT TO YOURSELF !!!

    Try the complete yogic breath. It helps with relaxation. If you are'nt sure then consult with your physician.

    If somebody with epilepsy tries this breathing exercise it's possible they could have a seizure as a result from this.

    Islam Moon Then you should consider seeing a pulmonary Doctor or respiratory specialist to have your lungs checked out. Unless one is over weight or a smoker', that shouldn't be the case. The body won't take in enough oxygen at that rate to maintain proper function & people who are unable to inhale 4-6 seconds can easily become light headed & even pass out. I'm speaking from my own experience as well as my medical training. Best of luck...
