When I did this I felt burn in my upper abs is this normal burning from inside my abb, I did 10rep 3 times this is my second day

You should feel the burn, if you don't feel a burn after a full set at least, then you're doing it with bad form.

I shake real hard coming up(only half way) but I push down cause it's painful. I used it the best way I could and the next day I way super sore for 4 days & never picked it up again.

Try the roller that has a spring which push you back. It is called Power stretch Roller

Do ab stretches. Starting out, you will have multiple day soreness, so don't do many reps. Wait for the muscles to recover, and do a few more reps. You may go weeks between ab rollouts at first, but eventually you'll build them up to where you can do them multple times a week.

Once you get over like it feels like someone repeatedly kicked you in the stomach the first week, you'll be ok. I was also doing this wrong and possibly might've injured myself...Glad I fixed my form and pointed my toes...hurts 1/2 as much
