Greetings from Las Vegas!! I fell in love with this dish about 2 years ago! My Cameroonian friend took me to a Nigerian restaurant, and I ordered this ish along with chicken and plantains (in tomato sauce). I FELL IN LOVE! I am home now, watching this video and making my own! I recently found out that my roots began in Nigeria...I plan on making a visit as soon as I graduate with my Masters Fall 2023! GOD BLESS!

Sis u prepare this Eru like a pro..each time I see Eru,is like a should duck deep my fufu in..I'm salivating now...I love how u boil the palm oil with the spinach..that raw taste will just go away.. I love the outcome. Yummy 😋

I didn't blend my spinach, and yes, you can use water leaves. I used spinach because it's not easy finding water leaves around me
