How To Cook Ndole ||Cameroonian Food || Very Detailed Ndole Recipe

Hello lovelies and welcome to my channel!
Today I am showing you how to cook the best Cameroon Ndole. Ndole is a Cameroonian dish that is a combination of peanut sauce (groundnut) which is so delicious and easy to make 😋. It can be eaten with fufu, boiled yams, boiled plantains I mean anything of your choice. The ingredients used for this recipe include;
- Groundnut/Peanut
- Bitter Leaf
- Smoked fish (Catfish)
- Beef
- 2 large Onions
- Oil
- Ginger
- Garlic
- seasoning cubes
- White Pepper
- Salt
- Crayfish

    Yummy I learnt this technique recently to boil my hunts with salt and it help with seasoninh using less maggie n more crayfish

    Stock fish can be so hard even after soaking. One time I got one that I cook until I got tired I was like who dried it na😂😂😂

    Yes some are like that reason why I prefer to soak and boil later which makes them tender enough for eating

    I used peanuts without the skin. In case where you have the ones still with the skin and you want to take the skin out easily then you can either soak or boil your peanuts. Thanks for watching

    @@emeldanjiki6099And also Sawa (not Douala) people do not put garlic or ginger in the Ndole!It is the reason why it turns bad really fast and give runny stomach to some people !

    Yes sure you can add pepper. I didn't add it because of my kids
