Just normal frozen spinach. I just left it at room temperature to defrost. I got it from Walmart because i love how tiny sliced unlike the one from African shops

How long did u leave it to defrost please? I left mine overnight n it ended up kind of mushy. No matter how much I squeezed it wouldn't come out right

No I didn't! I just let it cook till soft and I added the eru

You can use any protein of your like choice like she mentioned. And if you don't have the mbonga of mololo go with stock fish it hits on another level.
