Curry baigan and aloo taste great with any meat or shrimp..and even saltfish. 👌👌👌

So agreed, you can put baigan in curried crab and served it with dhalpuri that does taste nice, I also put a baigan in my chanana and aloo, such a great idea and it all taste good 😊, happy mother's day guys 💐

Since I was a kid I was always the favorite food for my dad siblings and me but my mom did it stewed! We are more Spanish creole 😁 not much curry was cooked often ...you know eh.....but it never 2as enough.when I got married steamy husband and kids favorite lol but curried as I married into an Indian family lol they loved it both ways. I'm now 67 and when I'm going to cook it I have to do enough for children and ex-husband lol...also I must mentioning I do it on wood fire I'm lucky my first get any. Anyway again I must congratulate you on your achievements 💐💐 keep it going bring g back some dishes from long ago most people are to fast food.🙏😉👌👏👏👏

Told someone this week that if it’s up to me I’ll cook baigan and curry chicken with jasmine rice for my Mother’s Day lunch. Sadly I can’t because no one else will eat it☹️.#cravings

Tanty yuh calling meh boy..... go to Joy's on a Sunday you will get a wide Variety. My next would be Shalamas. Tabanka has the best doubles... haven't had Singhs yet.
