I love my curry with lots of thick gravy and enough potatoes to please my 4 kids, with rice of course and a good amount of pepper....lol! Looks like yours is exactly the way I like it..yum! We never use duck curry masala, but I will get that asap and try it. As always great video and thank you for sharing all your wonderful recipes and tips.

My family is not Trinidadian but i have family that grew up in Trinidad and were raised there this is how they make their curry it’s so similar to their recipe and I love it. Only difference is the armchar and garam masala powder but it’s still amazing without

Hi Ria hope you all are doing well. I like to eat chicken with rice . I love rice. The best curry I ever tasted is my ma’s (mom) freshwater fish curry. I am from eastern part of India (Kolkata to be precise) where freshwater fish is in abundance. Miss that very much here in the US. I like my chicken curry saucy (as I have it with rice 😀). And Yes, I AM TOO HUNGRY NOW & WANT THAT CURRY ! Love your garden. Take care & have a wonderful weekend.🙏🏽

Yes, I love to pick off the piece of meat that separates from the chicken itself and snack on it as well and i love it saucy like that. I dont like it dry at all. The best curry i ever had was mine made just the way you made yours😂💜I love all your videos. you're a great cook.

This is very similar to the way I prepare mine. I enjoy adding a bit of ginger when I fry down my curry and aromatics and a bit of roasted jeera at the end. I shared some with a friend from another country recently and they were adamant almost to the point of being rude that that 'wasn't curry'. We all do things a bit differently but that doesn't make one person's way wrong or right, unless of course youre adding flour to the curry which I saw several people in a particular island do. Now THAT is unforgivable! Lol.
