I grew up eating collard greens with mustards. That's the only way my mother cooked them. She never just cooked collard greens without adding mustards to it. Love the way you simplified the process.

Been wanting some collard greens for years. Been waiting for my wife to teach me how to pick greens, as many times as I’ve eaten them, I never saw how they were prepared. Now I know, just made my first pot today along with my first brisket on my pellet grill. The greens are on point A.B., I also used the ground red pepper since I’m one of those that always reaches for the hot sauce. No hot sauce needed. Only hope that my brisket is on point like the greens, I mixed collards/turnips and mustards like my mother did. Thanks for taking me back home!!!

You have really great taste buds, a taste for greatness. This exactly how I've been making mines for years except for the dry seasoning you use. Smoked Turkey+chicken stock+ garlic are the stars. When a person can cook & throw down in the kitchen all you gotta do is look at their seasoning combination & food prep. AB you can throw down & I like your kitchen style & appliances. Everything looks stylish & of great quality.
