Instant Pot Collard Greens

My Instant Pot Pressure Cooker allows me to cook Collard Greens any day of the week. Generally Collard Greens are a part of Sunday dinner when time allows for the cleaning, preparation and generally two hours of cooking. My Instant Pot cooks a large quantity of collard greens in 25 minutes. I use my Instant Pot daily. I love it so much I actually have three Instant Pots. (The Lux, Duo and the DUO Mini).
