That is incorrect. Not sure what it is, but that would be impossible. When I was in the infantry, you would be very fit to be able to do 1.5 miles in under 8 minutes and no way could you sustain that pace for the amount of miles he did and if you calculate it then it is nowhere near 6 mins for every mile.

Forget who but someone put it like this, in the modern world if you put forth good effort, you get mediocre results. If you put forth excellent effort you get good results. Only if you put forth outstanding effort do you get outstanding results. Most people never rise above mediocrity because they think to themselves "hey I'm making a 'good' effort at it, but it's just not happening for me". But what's happening to them is entirely predictable. Good effort = mediocre results

As commenter "Ch" said... I was starved for more UNEDITED David Goggins material! Since 1st watching his Impact Theory episode about July/Aug 2017, I've watched that interview (in it's entirety) every single day except for a total of about 5 days. Anytime I'm stressing or think I can't handle something, time for a lil GOGGINS! The ending of THIS ONE is so powerful that one day it actually got me off the chair to do something I totally didn't have the energy/will power to do. Now everytime I don't want to do something, I remember Goggins " if you can get through to doing things you don't want to do, on the other side is greatness" ... & now this...#EMBRACETHESUCK Thanks Goalcast! Thank you David Goggins! 👊
