I am able to do two way call on when my mobile is connected to wifi however if im on mobile data the same call doesn't connect?

can i have an intercom communication between the indoor unit and the hik connect app? so if i call locally i can also call the hik connect app?

What could be the problem, when something rings everything is fine, but the video of the event that something arrived is displayed but when you want to watch the event you cannot see the event

my intercom is unable to store the pictures, could you help with this, since I tried to replace the memory card but nothing changed?

Thanks for the information, is it possible to set up multiple mobiles with same QR code? So that all the members staying can control and monitor ? Can we also get notifications on mobile when we are not at home?

You can add in one mobile only. For the other mobiles, you can log in with the same username and password of the first mobile you added

Thanks!, I already managed to connect it. How do I call from the Hik Connect application to the LCD screen? That is, I want to call from the application to the screen, can it be done?. Yes. Possible with Latest model. Model Number ending with (B) supports direct calling. When Purchasing, check the model number. beow models supports ds-kv6113-pe1(b) ds-kv8113-wme1(b)

Thanks, My only problem, is that it only shows up calling in HIK Connect when the application is open. If application is closed, notification that someone rang the doorbell appears later.

Hey, when i am in the app and somebody call from outside the phone rings. But when the phone is locked no notification appears, it does not appear when someone from outside calls. How can i fix this? i have iphone 12

First update app to the latest version. Then Allow all permissions from the phone. Allow notification for the app. If still not working after these steps, You can upgrade the device firmware version to the latest.

Upgrade the firmware to the latest version and try. after the firmware upgrade, don't forget to restore.

When the QR code is scanned, the verification code is asked. Where can I get it?

You will get it from the Hik-Connect Service menu. You can upgrade the Firmware to, the latest version. In some versions, it is hidden. Also, You can get Verification code from ivms4200. Add the screen in ivms 4200, goto remote configuration, Hik Connect settings.

You add verification code yourself before scanning on the screen itself, you can tap in your own code then use it on the app when asked

For the device activation password, export the XML file from SADP tool and send to Hikvision Support team. For Hik connect password, you can reset through Mobile number or email id you have registered
