In this episode of #TradersTalks, learn how to setup a Hikvision IP Intercom kit with the Hik-Connect App, so that when the outdoor station call button is pressed you can answer via the your mobile device.
The items used in this demo are as follows:
Hikvision IP Video Intercom IP
DS-KD8003-IME1 (Outdoor Station)
DS-KH6320-WTE1 (Indoor Station)
Mobile phone logged into a registered Hik-Connect account.
Steps in video:
1. On the Home Screen, click settings, then advanced settings. Then enter the admin password created when setting up the indoor station.
2. Select System Maintenance and enable Hik-Connect Service.
3. Enable verification code and click to create a new code.
4. Now on a mobile device with the Hik-Connect App open, select Add Device. Then scan the QR code on the indoor station to add the device into Hik-Connect.
5. Now test that the door station has been added into Hik-Connect by pressing the call button on the outdoor station. You should be able to answer the call on your device via the Hik-Connect app.
6. Setup complete.
