    Very good video content. Is it possible to have a delay between the indoor unit receiving a call and the phone receiving an alert, the customer only wants the call to divert to their phone if it is not answered by the indoor unit within a set time?

    Please I have installed ds-kv6113, when there is power cut and power comes back , the hik-connet status on the device goes disconnected. But before the power cut it was connected

    Try to configure IP address & DNS server address Manually as per your internet provider. (Indoor Unit)

    Pourriez vous m'aider en francais SVP, je me connecte bien à Hik-connect depuis mon Galaxy S10, MAIS si je sonne depuis le portier le transfert sur mon mobile ne fonctionne pas; ensuite dès que je sorts de l'appli mobile je dois re scanner le code QR.du 8350...Merci infiniment pour votre aide...

    After just 8 months of HikVision use the DDMS went down and it stopped forwarding warnings as well as stopped remote access. There's no help service in real English so it's a case of "Buyer Beware" to me.

    DDNS required router port forwarding/port open. Nowdays P2P cloud mobile app access available without port forwarding

    @@Techlogics The Ring doorbell works so it's not port forwarding. The address provided by HikVision is the problem. Other systems work fine.
