Devices having Old version firmware do not support this function. You have to upgrade to the latest version.

But if i want also the the ringing arrive to the indoor station? i have tried but if i connect to hik connect, the calls arrive only to smartphone and no more to the indoor station.

I HAVE ONE WITH FOUR BUTTONS, I STILL CANNOT CONFIGURE EACH BUTTON FOR DIFFERENT USERS. YOU WILL KNOW HOW TO DO IT?

Hello do you know why When someone is calling I can take up the call but i dont hear and my microphone is like off?

how can you separate flat no.1 and flat no.2 if you have 2 button door station??

Hi , do you know why my phone won't ring when someone calls from intercom? It only rings on indoor stations. But none of the phones will. Thank you

enable push notifications inside hik-connect app settings. also from phone settings allow notification for hik-connect app.

You need to configure Hik Connect directly on indoor Station, so when you call indoor station it will forward to Hik Connect

Activation Password. The Password you have given when activating the device
