Great Video. Just used it today. I wish I would have watched it all first and realized there was no reason to remove the gas tank cover. haha

if you dont mind if i could oick your brain on another problem my daughters brute force was low on coolant it was shut down right away and the electric fan was coming on now we have added fluid but the fan has stopped working from what if been reading there saying to disconnect the fan and jump it out to see if the fan is still working the 4 fuses in the fuse box are all good is there another fuse i should be looking for it stopped all of a sudden and still spins by hand there is what seems to be a sealed breaker do you know if they just reset on there own or is this a one time breaker id appreciate any input you have on this subject if this is something your not familiar with thats ok i just thought id ask and once again great carburetor video thank you again be well best wishes Thomas

@@thomasthomas-jz1uo if it was really low on coolant, you might have gotten a air pocket in the cooling system. When this happens, the fan switch sensor might not be touching hot coolant so it will not kick the fan on. It might not be coming on now though because it has the correct amount of coolant in it and it’s running cool enough to not need the fan. It wouldn’t hurt to by pass the fan just to check that it’s working but I’m sure it’s fine.

I have a 2021 Kawasaki brute force 300 and it turns on but when I try to accelerate it, it hardly goes and makes a weird noise. do u think it’s the carburetor that’s making it not go fast

I know this video is older but I have a question if you don't mind. I bought a new 2022 brute force 300 about 2 months ago. I have about 60 miles on it now and it doesn't seem to have the get up and go power it used to. It idles fine runs fine, but I noticed that if I put the choke on a little when accelerating hard its got more power like when it was new. I run 93 octane in it. Have you heard of these needing re jetting after they break in? Thank you.

Might just need to tune the carb. Or possibly one of the jets might have got slightly clogged but I doubt it since it’s new.

Pull the fuel tank and clean it. Plus it's much easier to do the carb.

I have a problem RN with my 2022 brute force 300. It has 1030 miles on it and I leave it in my garage and when I turn it on everything is perfect but it keeps sounding it wants to turn off and IT DOES in like 30 secs. I play around with the gas thinking it needs to get it pumping but the same thing keeps turning off. I change the transmission from N to R and it turns off also. It turns off when I change transmission, stop at a stop sign or I leave it on for 30 secs. Do you know the cause of this?

Try to raise the idle just a little bit. Might need to have the carburetor cleaned. The idle jet might be partially clogged

I got a wierd issue. With my bf 300. I have extended cold crank time. I can shut it off immediately. And she fires up no issues. It's like it's losing her prime. And runs great. After the initial start. Has me scratching my head.

Full choke half choke. Throttle cracked. Don't seems to make a diff? Maybe it's haunted? Once it starts. It's perfect. Maybe I'm too critical.
