    Man just had my mower in the shop. Been wait two weeks to finally get a call back that my fuel line shut off valves were in the wrong position. Thought I blew my motor up. First diesel mower. Never ran out of fuel before. Only video I've found that showed me the correct. position of the valves. The shop had one of them in the wrong position! Thanks for the vid!

    @@joshbelcher4524 It’s hard to read but on each valve it actually does say on or off but the valves are so far under the mower you can’t get your head in there. Im not a huge fan of the dual fuel tanks after using it.

    The EU2000i turns spark and fuel on and off at the same time with the one switch/valve. The EU2200 has a middle position where fuel is off but spark is still on which facilitates burning the gas out of the carburetor, however this still leaves some fuel, water and dirt in the carb bowl so best is to drain the carb with the built in screw and drain tube on both the 2000 and the 2200. Inexpensive kits are available for the EU2000's to add a spark off switch.

    I have a Kubota RTV1100 S/N 31018, bought new is 2013, approx 1300 hours showing. It will not move in 2WD, shift to 4WD and it drives in all ranges and reverse. Engage the diff lock and it will move in 2WD. The problem is not stripped hub splines since the axle half shafts do not turn in 2WD. Anybody seen this problem and have a fix? The way I look at the parts diagram, it almost has to be broken or missing spider gears in the differential.

    Great video had a question, If water got into the gas tank is this where the water would accumulate?

  • @atvrepairsandmore2482
    @atvrepairsandmore248216 күн бұрын

    Yes, it would accumulate in the fuel tank. Usually, water would get in from an open cap or possibly filling up from a fuel source that has water/moisture in it.

    I’m looking to buy one of those diesel 3010s. The guy said it was running hot. When he went to change the head gasket. He saw one piston was kind of burnt up. I’m a little worried about repairing the diesel but that would be nice. I also have, a good running motor out of a mule 550 but I wonder if I can swap in? any advice you can lend would be much appreciated. I’m enjoying the videos.!

    @@user-xj8ye6bq6o the engine from a 550 would take a lot to make work. If I had to guess, it has a cracked head or blown head gasket. The miles are also really hard to bleed the air out of the cooling system so that can cause overheating as well

    TO ALL WHO ARE HAVING TROUBLE DISASSEBLING THE CLUTCH: I was unable to unscrew the aluminum piece on my clutch after lubrication, heat, and brute force. Here is how I did it: 1-1/16" 3/4 drive 12pt socket. Cut two slots 180 degrees out from each other so that when you place it over the shaft it fits over whatever you use for the pin to go through the shaft holes. I used a 1/4" impact driver extension bit (good grade tough material). Hold the aluminum threaded hub with a gloved hand or clamp it some kind of way, I just held it. Be sure that since you are turning the shaft the impact is turning clockwise. Give it hell. 3/4 impact level hell. Good luck to you all and many thanks to @atvrepairsandmore2482 for taking the time to share your work!

    I found an easier way. Remove wheels Knuckles Cv axles, next remove the bed, Exhaust shields Exhuast Top transmission mount Number the cables, brackets and hoses, remove them. Remove the starter Remove back cover behind the HST Remove sway bar bracket and swing the swaybar down and remove the two bolts on the lower transmission mounts. Now block up the engine and hoist the transmission out of the sub frame It fits out without having to take apart the suspension and sub frame. Also goes back in way easier

    I have a 2005 3010 and the primary clutch was stuck fully in engaged, would not release. Only 300 hrs on the clock so should not need rebuilt. I was wondering if I could rub some grease on the fly weights or the rollers that they slide on? Gas tank full with new gas, oil level good, air filters clean, spark plug correctly gapped. I followed your instructions and found that the main jet was completely clogged. After cleaning and reassembling, it started right up on the third pull. Thanks for your video. I was in the middle of changing my Bendix and when it would not come past the flywheel I started searching for videos. I found yours and one other very helpful. The other one mention taking the Bendix apart by removing the retaining ring. I found removing the retaining ring to be next to impossible while it's still in place. As a last ditch effort I twitched it to the left and it fell out into my hand WITHOUT removing the flywheel. (the starter has to be removed to allow room to make the swing)
