I'd want to know why she broke up with me, That conversation needs to happen for clarity. I'm not going to tread on eggshells so as not to upset her after she upset me. If we say nothing and carry on she could dump me again. Once bitten twice shy as they say.

@@kcash6359 Listen brother I feel your pain but don’t hate her if you love her you want what’s best for her even if she was wrong I think my ex has someone else abs to be honest I was so angry at the beginning but holding on to anger makes the pain worse and it creates deep resentment. Let it go pray for her and become the best version of yourself so when the right person comes you don’t carry on the same traits that ended this relationship. Look in the mirror and ask yourself what you need to change and change it . Because I can promise you if she don’t change too she will never be happy eaither 🙏🏻❤️ best of luck pal

My ex said...I expected you to chase me! Lol. She was used to that from past relationships. Not this guy sister!!! This is a great video. 90 days no contact and she came back.

I can't focus on anything else after breakup. It was so sudden and I can't stop thinking about him. Even when I sleep, my heart feels so heavy and feel like it's going to explode.

But let me tell you, u will get out of all these maximum of 2 months.. And also, my ex did texted me after 2 months... I was listening to some manifestation those times. However, God blessed me with another amazing guy who treating me like a queen. So, when my ex texted me i was in a state where I don't need him. In other words, I was completely detached from that person.. Love u dear☺❤u deserve better... Take care.. Don't hurt ur self for some asshole who don't value u.. 😌👍

I'm using NC but she keeps on calling me then after conversation she'll ask for apologies for calling.. it's hard for me to understand because I stay with our daughter..I sometimes think she's calling because the of child .. even though she sometimes prefer talking to me not the child even if she's around?

It is more than 12 months for me now and recently a mutual friend of ours told me that she just engaged with another dude. @@fj4731 i think she is "bread crumbing" you, with little tid bits of contact, i suggest try to be secure with yourself that you are the quality person that she does want, but show you are strong, and only make small conversation, then pull back again in no contact for a week or two, or til she gives in to sends a bit of talk, but dont over do it on your side, pull back for two weeks and see what her move is, keep doing this, for two weeks every time, it makes you look strong in my opinion

Same here. its been almost 3 months of no contact and I'm sure she thinks I will reach out. I was so needy and clingy that I begged, cried spoke to her parents and brothers and she couldn't care. I'm regretting doing all of that but my emotions were all over the place. It's hard to throw 7 years just like that. Now I'm rebuilding myself even though I'm still not ok and I won't reach out to save the little respect I have.

I want to say thank you to Coach Lee and offer some encouragement to viewers that NC works if you follow his instructions. My fiancé and I have been together for 4 years. About 2 weeks ago we had a HUGE blow up. He left and went to his parent’s house and did not communicate with me. I cried, I begged, and called repeatedly. I found Coach Lee and tried to follow NC but kept reaching out. Yesterday was Day 4 of NC and early this morning he came home. You're so lucky! This is similar to my case but I left for my parents & came back 2 weeks after. We talked about counselling too and he was down for it. I was shocked and heartbroken when he called me a couple of days after to change his mind and he's gone radio silence ever since. I've never been so heartbroken in my life... and worse I feel terrible & guilty for leaving but smth was always off and I needed us to sort it out no matter what it took. He was stubborn and in denial

I know how dire this situation is for some of you, because of how it was for me. For me, it was early October 3 years ago in 2019. I am not back with my ex. And it is NOT because I didn't want to get back with her. I followed Coach Lee like a lifeline for quite some time. It DID help with certain things. One big thing I noticed for the longest time was that I was dangerously balancing between severe anxiety and severe depression. The anxiety EVENTUALLY eased off somewhat. It does get easier. Not perfect or great, but better.

It worked!!! I did everything what you said and it worked!! We were only on a break, but still. It wasn’t sure if he wanted to continue or not, and first he wanted to break up, but he saw that I worked on myself and developed a lot in the break, and now he wants to continue our relationship! I can’t believe this actually worked 😮 My ex reached out after 10 days nc. It was so hard to not tell him how much I missed him but I took your advice and played it cool. I even waited a bit to reply to not look like I was desperately waiting by the phone. This conversation was light but he was the one who kept it going. He was so curious about what I had been up to. Hoping he will reach out again but back to no contact for now.

She left me in February after 10 years of what I believed and was told by her was a beautiful marriage. I have sense learned She is a narcissist, she was cheating, using me, planned on taking everything from me because she had gotten all she could. Therapy, and listening to Coach Lee... growing and working on me, staying in no contact, learning and so much more. Coach Lee's advice and videos has helped me to become a better man. I have more growth and healing to do. Living my life as I choose. She threw us away, she is a full blown narcissist, why would I ever allow that back in my life. I didn't do what she expected. I didn't contact, didn't block her on social media. I did not prove her right. I am better than what I have ever known.

I wouldn't call her a friend. She is a clinical narcissist. A scammer. The plot from the beginning was to take away all she could. In my own blindness, I ignored the signs, I wanted to believe the best. Coach Lee's advice of no contact and self focus gave me the tools to see the truth. This was an experience i had to go through ti learn and embrace myself. To find my self respect without disrespecting others. Coach Lee is absolutely spot on.

Coach Lee It's been 5 weeks and I'm doing my best to work on myself .. we had a strong love an a good thing for the most part ...I have a tendency to let the little things bother me some but I was never abusive to her ...I DID give her respectful love ... Your guidance is on point. She has broken up with me twice. The first time, I gave her the break. Pretty much told her. thank for the time we had and ill see ya around. 2 days later she was back. The 2nd time she called it off. I implemented NC. She's been texting with just normal hi, how are you. It was nice to see you today you look great in passing. One month to the day she broke up with me, she's wanting to meet. I'm skeptical but still want her back. I've been told that break ups where a defense mechanism because of commitment issues. She's had some pretty bad relationships and break ups. She's told others that it's not me and that she has f***** up.

Rewatching this video 5x since the last night i saw this post until now it is morning. Cause i really wanna absorb all the information and insights of coach Lee. I really admire how he put all his heart into explaining why is it important to prioritize your well being. That is why he is my fave and only one fave out of the coaches here in youtube. I got through the hardest part. I’m satisfied with a friendship knowing there are no bad terms between us. I think I wanted things to progress more quickly and pulled back on having sex. It was very difficult but I couldn’t compromise my values and my faith. I was miserable. Knowing I can be friends and only that eases my inner turmoil. He did try to engage romantically in his texts but I changed the subject or ignored them. I don’t reply immediately and can actually step back and see things for what they really were. I’m so much in a better place. I do have a major surgery coming up, he seems very concerned. That was touching. My health is my priority. I gave it to God. ❤

Another Great video Coach lee Thankyou 🙏🏻👌🏻 I am investing my time in you, and phycology. For me you are by far the best I have listened to. You make so much sense of all the confusion, anxiety, and heartbreak. Not to mention how two people should be in a healthy relationship. I could go on about you’re fantastic work you are doing right now, but your videos speaks volumes. Right now I am in day 7 of no contact, I can’t express the pain I have had to put myself through to get to this day, but I do feel better by the day. It’s all starting to make much more sense as I am reflecting and being patient towards the situation. I’m so proud of myself for taking the mature approach to all this, as this will be a reflection of me that maybe my ex will no doubt think about after and maybe in the relief period. I sent my ex a clean slate message 7 days ago after a little dialogue with her. She did not reply to the message and I have just let it be, as this will hopefully show her that I can be mature and sensible to the whole break up. Not only that but by doing this, if we should talk in the future (maybe) there is no bitterness or any kind of friction between us. Maybe she will reach out maybe she won’t, but I know I have given myself the best possible position to be in for myself in the future. This could be with my ex or this could be a future with someone else, who knows, but I have done all I can within my power to be the best possible version of my self. Still learning for ever evolving through this difficult stage in my life. Thankyou again coach Lee.💔💙🙏🏻🙂

@@annemarie7203 it’s horrible isn’t it!? Proper gut wrenching, when you have put so much time into the relationship. I’m not perfect and I know where I have made my mistakes, and would love to make a go and start over again to regain the emotional attraction and physical. The last message I sent was just read and ignored and so that itself speaks volumes. It just hurts that she is not willing to put the effort in to the relationship, that’s why it’s much better for me and her that I give her the break up to hopefully make her realise. I do have faith,and positivity but I’m not holding my breath for too long. I hope you the person reaches out to you or even better for you if you have changed your mind on the idea of getting the person back.

I'm on my 2nd week of no contact. It gets easier with time. It still hurts though. Even though I wasn't contacting her, and our last interaction was amicable (we literally wished each other the best), she blocked me out of the blue, but not on Facebook, where she's been posting stuff full of hate, like "not one man I've known has been useful" and "I've been cured of the impulse of getting back with my ex". She even posted a story of her dancing and singing with another guy. So I just gave up. I will no longer pursue her and as someone said: staying in no contact means keeping the little dignity you have left. That's all I have left: a little, tiny amount of self-respect that my ex will look back to and she can be angry, petty, mean, but I won't fall to her level. I'll keep on moving. No matter what. My life is no longer dependant on her. It's over.

Looking forward to it coach even thought my ex has not come back I'm not sure if she ever will since it's been more than 3 months of no contact 5 months cuz I harassed her and begged her for 2 months sigh i regret that so much knowing what I know now and what I feel right now but I definitely still miss her and I love her even thought she might never come back I can continue to learn from your videos about relationships and how to have a stronger relationship the next time preventing breakups with as much insurance as I can get for my emotions XD

Thanks coach Lee, your videos have helped me through depression. Me and my ex split a week ago after almost 4 years. It’s been extremely tough. We had some ugly moments but never nothing physical or cheating. She has a daughter and she allowed me to come to her softball game and her daughter cried in my arms saying she missed me. I just pray we can fix this for good. I still want the relationship but she wants the space. She says she needs time to process.

Im literally trying to keep myself busy at all times lol like go to the gym, clean, stay busy with work, or even sometimes I have to let it out and cry but becoming a better version of myself is priority !

Been separated over 2 yrs, and I all about my son now. I just got home from over seas work and she went off on telling me how we are never getting back together and to move on and how I broke her heart. She even said she can not be my wife-i said ok. I said yeah sorry it wasn’t intentional, but why is she still telling me all this now?? I know this already. Im not perfect but on my purpose and did the work to fix me 💪🏻.

I reconnected with my ex after 30 years! We lived together back then and had loving relationship that organically ended can we were young. Over calls we vowed rekindled everything through memories and residual love felt. Imagine then that after a meeting and a couple of lovely days spent together he’s gone again. Not through emotional connection I genuinely feel but perhaps the physical attraction dropping through ageing I guess. I’ve texted but had them ignored. I’m broken but I know that no contact is the only way forward 😢

Yea, I messed up there. But that’s the guy she monkey branched with. But I’m happy for you and I hope you do get your ex back…

Basically, get your sh.t together. If they come back they’ll see the bigger better version of you. If they don’t come back it’s because they’re not good enough for the bigger better version of you.

Leading to the break up my wife of 27 years recently started calling me all kinds of names, accusing me of being a narcissist and continuing bringing up things from the past. No real forgiveness no letting go. That’s not to say she’s completely innocent put I chose to not go into the garbage can. I’ve supported her through her MS and multiple surgeries for amputation, with trips to NYC hospitals, Baltimore and most recently Mayo Clinic. I’ve been ghosted by her and until I found your videos, I had made the mistake of sending her flowers calling her and texting her. Now I’ve gone no contact and will continue to stay that way, because I totally agree with you that it is the mature way to handle this situation it’s not like I don’t have other options, if she wants to leave, I’m gonna let her go in peace. If she comes back, we will obviously need some counseling and therapy. As for myself, I’m going to continue to work on being the best human being, I can possibly be. strength, courage and faith in the process. Thank you for this solid advice. I will continue to listen to your suggestions and follow through with them.

I could beat myself up for nor knowing these information long time ago. I had a very short term relationship but it meant so much to me. I made all the mistakes you pointed out when my partner stopped taking my calls or returning my text messages. Because I wanted to know why. This was since the beginning of Nov it was just last Monday that he actually tells me why and told me to moved on. I was still begging from a place of emotional weakness. Until I finally decided to go NC a week now. I am in live with him and want him back. I cried every day. We spent every weekend together since we met going out having lots of laughter and non stop fun A silly business difference of opinion cause him to just walked away without even discussing it. It hurts

Thanx couch Lee for this video. It helps me a lot. I wentvout with an awesome girl which just felt right from the beginning. She introduced me to her friends and twice to her family. I got along very well with them all especially with her daughter, 12 , and son 16. He adores me , Im his teacher as well. I think ,as always overdone it, Too many whatsups, too much continious attention. So I think I "choked" the attention. On breakup she told me that she is crazy about me but not in love. I obviously tried so talk to her, begging that we talk about it and sort it out, no answer from her. She will answer on anything else. So now I am at the 21 days no contact but have seen her at sport just before it. I did keep my cool and ttalked to her a bit and then cheering her son. She also just before that she dis whatsup me that she will bring plates to a braai, which I just thanked her. Her son's birthday is soon. Do you think I can give him a present? I also would like him to join my son and myself later the month for go cart racing. Is it a good idea? She keeps on looking at my whatup status where Ive been etc. So surely she is still interested in a way?

Yes, I think ex is expecting me to reach out. For 3 years I invested in relationship more then him. I was always for him, made him a priority with honest intentions. He decided to breakup out of the blue. I was in shock, calling him 9 times that night and he didn’t answer. My world fall apart. After he told me, he can’t love me (can’t? What a excuse) I went totally in NC. It’s more then 3 months. A month ago I meet younger man, warm and caring. We slowly start spending time together and he’s so lovely. I go step by step. I’m focused on my work and spending great time with my friends and family. I started to travel after many years. I’m learning new things and discovering world. I slowly feel I’m getting stronger. And let my ex sit down with his decision. I will never reach out and fix his mess!

2 months in no contact and I feel better then ever. 2 weeks after my ex left me I bought my dream car and I lost 50 pounds as well. I was welcomed into my church community and met some more amazing people. I miss and love my ex still of course but I know my worthy and I don't care about her anymore like that. She left me and I'm not gonna reach out unless she does which I know she won't.

What the right way and the right time then?? I get what you’re saying to a degree…but for me now it’s gotten to the point, especially me as the man, have to be a man and step up and make it clear I know what I want and I’m going to do whatever it takes to get her back. I’ve done NC for 2 months plus. I’ve never begged. I’ve worked on myself a lot. But just sitting here at this point doing nothing now seems weak. I did everything in your course too. Made some mistakes in the very beginning but nothing major. But now 6 months later she reaches out still testing the waters and then ghosts. I do nothing. Seems weak at this point just waiting. And now she’s with someone else. Has been for months now too. Clearly a rebound but still. Feel I should have stepped up by now.

I definitely made some of the mistakes during the break up itself that you mention like arguing and crying but we lived together at the time so I guess it was unavoidable. I quickly searched for help from sources like you and then gave her the breakup and have been in no contact for over a month. I’m hoping she’s thought about me and missed me during this time.

Keep going. And don’t just do it for getting her back. You need to grow alone. I’ve been through it and we all been there. Same thing happened to me last week. Haven’t talked since. But therapy and being honest with yourself will help and do things for you and work on yourself. You may end up not wanting her after you build up yourself.

He was having lunch with a woman who has proven to be an enemy of mine and lied about it and was exposed. SO, even though HE was in the wrong and hurt me, my pride would not allow me to stay. YES, I broke up with him, went no contact, and have not reached out since, but I love and miss him dearly. I think about him, I cry about our relationship, and I think about him every single day. So, YES, she thinks about you and she misses you. That's just how women are...even if we have been hurt by the man we love and left.

Currently in this situation. My wife told me she wants me but doesn't know how to be a wife to me right now with everything that has happened between us. Said she would figure out a schedule for the children so we can separate. Days later she loses that compassion and expects me to stay at home with children in the home I paid for while she's always gone. I cant fuckin stay here. She's so indecisive which is why my emotions all over the place. She over thinks everything. One minute its she wants next minute she doesn't know what she wants or doesn't want me. I have to get away from here cuz its killin me and she's so selfish right now she doesn't care that I'm hurting, and I cant deal with this just cuz we have children I have to go but not sure how to go about it. A friend recommended me to your channel yesterday and I am happy they did! I am 20 or so videos in, so very new. If there isn't one already, can you do a video on the person leaving for someone else? If there is one similar, may someone share the link? We didn't have that "boyfriend/girlfriend" title, but I thought we were close... in the beginning at least. These videos are helping me to treat it as a breakup and hopefully heal soon. But I'm wondering if him ending with me to instantly go to someone else has any difference in whether he could come back via the NC rule etc. In this case, would purchasing the emergency breakup kit be beneficial with knowing that he's already with someone else? And I'm 99.9% sure he was already talking to her while I thought we were working towards a future together. 😐💔

@@mamoud6648 In short, he wanted the break-up last November, I tried to fight to save it for two weeks or so, but then went NC - as advised by Coach Lee, only replying when he would ask me for something, being polite, positive and keeping messages short. He kept in touch this way ever since then - sometimes only once in two weeks but no more than that. By 6th month, he said he wanted to meet up - which was a bit shocking and unexpected to me - and I said (honestly) that I couldn't. We finally had a phone conversation by the 10th month. He admitted (just as Coach Lee said) that only after 3 months, all the negativity disappeared and he could only remember the good stuff, and he would have wanted to reconnect earlier. However, he realised that would ruin my process of finding my peace, so he tried to approach carefully. We are still at that stage. I appreciate him for being slow - perhaps a bit too slow but... hey! - I admit that it is better this way. Every relationship has its own dynamics. At first, I was really against the idea of meeting him - after such a long time - but I am gradually warming up to it, as we communicate a lot more via text and phone. Our lives are quite busy at the moment, too, so that is a bit in the way as well - but in a way, it also works for us, keeping us occupied. Not sure if it helps - but this is my experience: I feel that in some cases, a lot of time and distance is needed to process our feelings, both as a dumper and as a dumpee. In my case, NC cleared up what was cloudy between us, gave me back my dignity and peace, and helped him clarify what he feared. A win-win. Not sure where this will go now, as this clarification also made me see why we are not good for each other - but not worried about it either. Hope this makes sense.

@@mamoud6648 I cannot remember what Coach Lee says that the dumper should do. In a way, after 6 months of trying to get her back, the situation is changed a bit. But are you sure you did everything you could? As I said, sometimes things take more time than we think. But ... if you have initiated NC, then the rules of NC say 'No Happy Birthday, no gifts'. You said you want to move on. Perhaps not sending a gift would be the proof of that? I did not wish my ex Happy Birthday back in September, I was super quiet on social media, too.I know it hurt him quite a lot but he also understood why I had to do it. I really don't know what is best as your situation is a bit different - are you aware of her feelings? What did she say? Why can't she give another try ?

Coach lee can you make a video on if you broke no contact, weather it was 4 days after the break up or something a little longer like 20 days after the break up? Your videos are really reassuring and I feel stupid because I broke no contact. Are my chances completely gone? or have they just lowered and by how much? I know it all depends and isnt black and white but it just seems so hopeless even though I know there is still a chance. How long were you both together? Shes breaks up with after she gets pregnant? Really? I don't know any details but get a paternity test if shes says its yours.

Coach Lee, how should we go about our ex CONSTANTLY texting us? I'm doing no contact again (I caved in and broke it too early a few days ago, huge regret) but as per your advice, I know I shouldn't ignore them. However, I also don't want my constant replies to serve them as consolation and make the break up easy for them so they never feel the consequences. They reach out almost daily and it's just casual. I don't know how to proceed. Thank you for the magnificent work you do!

It feels like all the work has to be done by the dumpee. At what point do they ever have to do the work and heal all the parts of themselves that need healing? They are not perfect but they are quick to judge. And yet we stayed because we still loved them through all their imperfections. I am ready to give up. If they do not see our worth now, they never will

It’s been 6 month’s no contact. I been working on my self. I miss him a little. I realize now we were never meant to be together. I’m moving on. I don’t want him back. It’s not worth it to me anymore.

Today I hit my 30 days of no contact. After two years I was ghosted. After a few days I called and called and all I got was her degrading me and screaming attention me. I cried for days and days. But what I realized is nobody should be called the horrible things she called. And in front of co-workers. I would never do that to anybody. I know I am a kind, loving, and giving person. I will never let anybody make me think differently about my self-worth. And if somebody does not want to be with me then let them go.

I agree. The thing if she doesn't break down soon after NC and get in touch, if it goes longer than say a few weeks I wouldn't be interested in getting back anyway. I had a woman try to get in touch like a year later, I just blocked her without hesitation. As time apart increases, attraction decreases. At least after the initial break up phase where emotions are high.

The great Jacko willinx, i suggest all of us heart broken men go watch him as well. He said after a break up wish them well, turn around and don't look back. If she wants to or needs to she will reach out to you.. eventually. Hard pill to swallow but it's the only road to go down.
