Summary of the five steps: 1) Information - pay attention to the information that's coming in. What are you watching/reading/responding to? Is it inherently negative? 2) Interpretation - How are you responding to the information? Are you taking something small and blowing it up? 3) Identity - what does this mean about ME? Are you taking it personally? 4) Intention - what are you going to do about it? 5) Initiative - what you're actually going to do.
*By first focusing on the foundation (eat, sleep, exercise) then meditate and enjoying the PROCESS* 🙏

You’re soo right!! How do you deal with the energy and negative from people around you when you live with them? I try to stay away in my own bubble but I have to interact with them from time to time.
Never allow your thoughts to control your actions. Be as strong as you can be, so you can force your actions to control your thoughts. The quality of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.

So true
I totally resonate with this, I was so upset last night, I had to start asking myself why I was feeling that way and where that feeling came from. Made me feel better knowing the trigger of that emotion. Thank you so much for always bringing great tips to us

Thanks Brendon!!!I need turn all my negative actitud,in positive acción ,especial with my healthy.
Yup, thanks. But its so hard to stop my negative reaction (or realize it's even about to happen before it does) and then turns the situation into something even worse or something completely negative to begin with. How can we learn to just stop before we react?
