Weird movie idea: A comedy with a similar opening to this movie, then the protagonist gets all paraniod, sets traps, stocks weapons, etcetera throughout the duration. In the end it turns out the undead clown's here to literally finish his act, and it fades to black as the zombie clown finishes a normal magic trick.

I feel the clown could have chosen to just finish the magic act - he could have just put on a normal magic show, if he had the will enough to break the curse. It's probably that, as he died from a violent action, the curse wants him to get violent, but he could have just done a normal act to complete the ritual and allow him to ascend to the next world. He was probably too traumatized by life, and his own anger to have the will to break that part of the curse and allow a loop-hole, though.

  • @bmccay6999

@@blessedandbiwithahintofmagic Perhaps. Or, well... He was about to stab the kid before he died, so maybe the curse just brought him back as he was. He wasn't supposed to go on a murderous rampage, and if it weren't for his own vengefulness he wouldn't have. Might be a fun plot twist in a sequel if it turns out the only way he can actually move on is by putting his vengefulness behind him and just putting on a show.

10:34 These Clown Eggs are how clowns keep record the makeup look for each individual clown. Each clown has a different makeup look and to ensure no two clowns have the same makeup, professional clowns paint an egg with their clown makeup and send that in (there’s a registry somewhere, but I can’t remember where).

so, the eggs are actually a real clown thing. Real life clowns are registered, they paint their face makeup onto an egg and it is stored along with the others as a way of "copyrighting" their look so that others cannot replicate it and pretend to be them. I know this because of a very silly comic about clowns chasing around the Joker mocking him for not having an egg, and thus not being a real clown.

Honestly, calling the police and telling them, that guy dressed as a clown just murdered several teenagers would be enough to get them to help. Even if they initially couldnt kill the clown, they would probably call in reinforcements and no matter how invincible he is, enough police officers firing and hacking at him would eventually incapacitate Stitches.

I don’t think he was meant to be a enthusiastic clown variant, more like a sad clown considering his makeup. Sad clown acts are purposely terrible, that’s the point of a sad clown. It definitely doesn’t justify how he was treated, very much on his side here- but maybe they could have added like- a clown-type explanation for the viewer, like a site or something like that where Stitches was hired. That would be quite nice, and helpful to explain why his act was so.. as much as I don’t want to say it- bad.

Well, the drinking age is a lot Laura and Ireland. Having an Irish friend helps with that, anyway, if there is a curse going on, he could easily go to any number of Celtic sources, library, or Covid or any other place to get that information, it’s a lot of supernatural stuff and people. about it at least the older folk. The other things can possibly be hitting this if you don’t know much about your opponent and you’ll end up fumbling through it like this kid dead. The funny thing over here on this side of the pond is if you’re too smart of a kid and you start asking things of the adults really don’t wanna be bothered with you and I kind of blew you off. But plain, a sympathy card may actually get you some access to stuff.

But also those kids are messed up!! They just killed this guy bc they thought it was funny to make fun of him for trying his hardest at his job. Kids these days!

That movie is just called Clown. Excellent movie btw. The director made a fake trailer and put "produced by Eli Roth" in it as a goof. The trailer made it's way to Roth himself who liked the idea so much he actually produced the final film.
