Thank you I started 2 days ago and feel better already ~ 2 x 15 minute sessions mindset mindfulness and improved my pain levels back and hips. I’m slowly building strength.

@breathe and Flow... ihr beiden seid to toll und habt so eine angenehme und ruhige Art... DIE AUTHENTISCH ist, ohne aufgesetzt oder "Yogymodern" zu wirken... Ihr wisst denke ich was ich meine... viele machen Yoga und zeigen es auf Instagram, aber teils bekomm ich persönlich das Gefühl, dass es dort nur um tolle Verbiegungen geht, welche optisch toll aussehen.... Das hat für mich aber nix mit dem eigentlich Sinn von Yoga zu tun.... es geht doch nicht um gesehen werden... es geht nicht um Likes und nicht um Bestätigung... Ihr gebt sehr guten Input und eine klare und weise Sicht auf Yoga und der Meditation !! Ihr nehmt für mich viel Druck mit euren Erklärungen raus, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. " .. man braucht Zeit zum Wachsen" .... wie eine Pflanze. Die Veränderung sieht man nicht täglich, sondern nach einiger Zeit. Danke dass es auch gibt. Ich bin erst vor kurzem auf euren Channel gestoßen und arbeite mich langsam durch. Zweis Video von Euch sind seit 3 Wochen ein fester Bestandteil in meiner Morgenroutine..... :) Wertschätzende Grüße aus Berlin

Thank you both for all that you do.its greatly appreciated.im just getting back to mediation after too many years off. I am wondering and struggling with something. You say the point is to be ok with whatever is happening and do so non judgementally.but what if its something that you know is bad like addiction? I’m on round two of the 10 day program. And don’t plan on stopping until the time is right and I have a solid practice. Thank you so much again I appreciate your advice and efforts deeply. Glad I’ve discovered you both. I just listened to the part where you say meditation is one pieces of the puzzle which I understand. I am also doing CBT atm. Also struggling with severe insomnia whereby I have 0 sleep for 3-4 nights then several hours of sleep and it just repeats like that for years. I don’t know how I function. It’s taking a toll though, impatience, anxiety, isolation, and agitation. Don’t you have any videos you think I should jump into right away, I could use some help. Thank you

Thank you for you videos; my connection to self and yoga has been focused since discovering your YT channel. I supplement my strength training with your yoga videos and days when I want more, I do one of Flows power yogas. Can you comment on meditation and alcohol? Alcohol is not a major part of my life but I do like a beer or wine from time to time, however I do notice meditation can be much harder with alcohol in my system. Do you have tips how to best manage responsible alcohol consumption with meditation and yoga?

Breathe I have a question, what have you studied ?
hey guys. i'm a bit confused. I'm a psychologist / psychoanalysist, and i've just read a book entitled ''yoga'' , written by this french man : Emanuel Carrière. In his book he's repeating him-self a lot about the fact that he tried again and again phsychotherapies, psychoanalysis and they never ''worked''. He was still feeling bad. That's why he went into meditation profoundly. he's says ''' in meditation , you mustn't be distracted by your thaughts.'' ( wich i assume are thaughts from a difficult past ) and you need to ''clear your mind''. But on your side you're saying something more complex . the idea of embrassing your thaughts and your past during meditation. that's why i'm a bit confused. still, the guy wrote a all book about his way of meditate. it' appears to me that maybe , for some actual yogies, meditation is about making your mind empty. ? ... don't know if i've been clear. if not , don't esitate to ask me some spesifics .
