That’s beautiful Asado. I’m American and wife is Argentinian and I love Asado. I’m glad I watched this video for more pointers. And I’ve had those intestines before and oh my gosh, so delicious!

I'm also an Argentinean living in the US. You've got my subscription. Recently got a Santa Maria Argentinean charcoal grill and I'm happier than ever

What a fantastic video and so great to see our Argentinian culture and tradition alive in other countries. As an Argentinian myself living in Melbourne, I felt really proud. Any chance the author of this awesome video or the Argie on the video can please let me know where you got the chinchulines??? It is impossible to get them here in Melbourne, and it makes me miss Argie food. Any advice as to where in Sydney to get them? Por favor? Gracias

You are only partially correct my friend. Of course there's a mass production of beef in Argentina, mainly Angus grain fed. However, the gauchos are the ones that still do it the old way and therefore in my opinion the best masters for beef on fire😉👌 the best in the world! Nice video bro👊

The vast majority of beef in Argentina is grass fed for a period of time then finished in a feedlot. Very rare to find grass fed beef, simple economics for most beef farmers there now.

cause they moved out the cattle to the north of argentina. Now the lands where cows used to eat that super juicy grass, are crops for soja beans in order to make more money peroduce more. But you can still buy grass fed.

Un deseo: nunca pierdan esa costumbre de hacer "un asadito" los domingos; ese olor tan clásico de la carne al asador, es algo único. Saludos desde Mar del Plata (cada vez más linda). VICENTE
