Hello sir, in 2014 I joined a company but due to my father's ailment I had to resign in 2 months and spend time with him. When I asked for relieving and experience letter.. HR said that you can show the gap on resume. For 2 months, there is no point to give letters. I was not matured enough to understand. Thereafter, I have worked in several MNCs. But, now got an offer from TCS but not sure to accept it due to background check.

Hi brother. I need some suggestions from you. I have 12 years of experience in development java, last year before Corona I resigned job and started own business but I am unable to sustain. Now I am planning to atten interview in Testing though I have knowledge in Selenium. Is it possible to switch from Development to testing, with one and half year gap.

I have one doubt related to my career gap- I have completed B.Tech in June 2014 and I got job in July 2015 so here approx 1 Year career gap is there, but there is 1 more year gap between 12th Board and getting admission in B.Tech (Reason- Doing preparation for Engineering Entrance Exam) So we have to show total gap as 2 year 2 months approx( Just sum of Entrance exam and getting first job after B.tech) or need to show 1 year gap which is after Pass out from B.tech to getting 1st Job. Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I am July, 2021 passed out mechanical engineer and I joined in TCS in 9th Dec 2021 (I joined immediately due to financial issues) with 1 year agreement. I am interested to do mechanical engineer job.
