@@dmur. I think FD has been owned by SKY for 7-8 years now and all of the members had opportunities to work for sky. But I think they all are established youtuber and could have their own platform with own ideas.

@@samswagg4Sky was making creative changes to the channel and the boys didn’t love it. Hamill had already left for the Athletic and Pat was leaving to pursue a different career, so most of the rest of that crew just decided to jump ship before things went terribly downhill. Can understand the decision but also really feel bad for Dougie and Mikey

Needs to be recognised that ashworth was not the mastermind behind Brightons transfers, that is all down to Tony bloom and the analysis systems that he created and exclusively owns meaning ashworth will not have this edge for united. As well as this when ashworth left Brighton there was absolutely no drop off possibly showing that he is not as good as the hype

Dan Ashworth isn't gonna be the guy who decides who United sign, at least I don't think so... At brighton he wasn't that guy, that was his partner who I now believe is at Chelsea, and at Newcastle it was the head of recruitment and Eddie Howe.At Brighton he was in mostly in charge of the outs and contracts, but there was collaboration for sure. Ashworth will likely be in charge of the dude who is the head of recruitment and he will be in charge of the structure below him to make it a seamless and streamlined as possible. Ashworth will likely have input but its not gonna be him deciding who we sign. Thats what the head of recruitment is for mostly. The manager will likely have SOME say at a certain stage as well

Wolves were great, but spurs are half the team with udogie and porro missing. Its a criticism of squad planning at the end of the day, hopefully will add some depth in the summer.

They also have quite a settled team which is also helping Hojuland but even though Maguire has improved he is still quite culpable to mistakes so playing the best football of his career is a bit of a stretch.

I don't think football has moved on to "Sporting directors are more in the news/importance" its only because its United and their infrastructure/hierarchy has been awful or non existent under the Glazers so it's big news.
