I think that's a pretty fair assesment of Onana. I think it's too easy to jump on the goalkeeper and ''look at all those mistakes!'' when he is getting SO many shots on goal and never playing with the same back 4, let alone the two first choices of center backs have not even played together a single time this season.

If Manchester City sign a player then I don’t expect them to play much in their first season. I instead expect them to play against lower teams or at the end of games when the win is secured and slowly start to adapt to their playing system before Pep trusts them as a starting 11. I can see Nuñes getting more minutes next season if Bernardo Silva leaves the club now that he has gotten a better understanding of the Pep system.

Great analysis by Pat on why Ten Hag is a disaster at Man U at the end of the vid, it's not just that he doesn't have solutions when he has to cope with injuries but it's his whole attitude that makes him such an annoying presence in the premier league. I mean, Mourinho threw immature tantrums too but he was playing a game. Ten Hag just seems to be overwhelmed by the scope of the job and by the pressure and the press. Man U deserves shared blame though, why on earth did they let Ten Hag run transfers? Anthony is so underwhelming it's comical.

I'm not a Newcastle fan, but to say Sandro Tonali is just ok is ridiculous. He is an excellent player, has been for a few years now. People genuinely compare him to Andrea Pirlo. Yes, he did something stupid and should be considered flop of the season because of it, but he also has an addiction, so it's not entirely in his control. But as far as football goes, he is class.

Villa forums have been saying since start of the season that Archer is on an Automatic buy-back deal in the case of demotion. Think the cost to Villa has been quoted as 15 million, so he’s basically been a 5-6 million loan that makes it a definite flop imo.

I think the liverpool new manager debate is out of context. Liverpool aren't trying to better or replace klopp. Since klopp announced his retired from the liverpool job, lfc have appointed a director of football and a sporting director. They are the structure, the brains moving forward. The new manager will just be a footballing coach, so the ID is best fitting coach to the overall long term plan. So the likes of Tuchel, Zidane, Naglesman etc aren't going to fit. I have no idea if Slot will work, but don't write him off because he's bald.

Recognising Pat's valid point around injuries, but Mason Mount was signed for 62m by United 12 months ahead of being able to sign him for free. And has played under 500 mins in the Premier League. This, for me, makes him one of the flops of the season

    I think Caicedo is 100% a flop for Chelsea, he is a CDM/6 which shouldn’t ever cost 50 million+, let alone 100 million +.
