Pat seemed like the only one who understood how the game works. With an average of 90 million per player to let him get Haaland and Salah so cheap is madness and after that he'd pretty much already won

Man I thought this team was the worst his defense I think is the weekday and his midfield I think is the worst he’s so top heavy. Y far the best attack tho

For me this video has great potential but needs alot more structure. 1) The contestants need to know it's a team for one game. 2) A need for clearly defined positions. Eg this player has to play RW. 3) There should only be 2 players offered for each position in a 4-3-3. Host gives a third worse player for between 15 - 35 million if they miss out on the 2 biddable options. 4) Graphics of the teams necessary. Good Luck! Hope to see more along these lines in the future

To tack on to this comment: 5) Make the contestants draw physical cards of the players and let the contestants make the initial bid for the player they draw 6) Add ‘reserve prices’ to all players that trigger fun consequences if not met (so they still get the player if reserve is not met but they get a consequence too) Examples consequences could be: the next player you sign has an extra 30 million signing on fee, you can only make a max of one bid on the next player, your next signing cannot be the same nationality as the player bought, you can now only sign two players from this players team, etc

See I disagree here, this is more how box2box do it but I prefer the freedom to create their own team in this way. I do think it could be more organised but overall I prefer this

It seems they just did not really think much about how much budget they had. I agree, was frustrating to watch Henry in particular pull out when he had 400m+ to spend on his last three players.

Yeah this concept is good but they handled the whole thing very averagely .. I’d like to see it come back but with some tweaks like less budget, wider variety of world class and average players etc

You should do this ahead of the Euros with the international teams, but let the players raise the player to be bidded on. So Pat could raise bidding on Rice, and then Zac sets the starting price and the players bid

And if you could get 4-5 people playing to up the stakes for the best players. But really fun either way!

Drafts are always great fun. Maybe next time try to do 1 bil challenge, draft 11+5 subs + maybe 2nd GK and have set prices for players and ppl pick players they want on their turn. Always fun when you spend most of your budget on 10 players and then you have to go super bargains for leftover.

@@bdrummond7102 I guess if you want to make the best possible dream team, you're right it doesn't matter but I think people's opinions and knowledge can be tested much more if they are forced to take a few bad players and can't go for the very best
