    Ehhh being in the top 1.2 percent isn’t anything to sneeze at. For an average man who is strong, athletic 3/400 pounds is usually where they plateau at. To get that extra 50/75 pounds after that is a real achievement

Most banned athletes don't look juiced up, except some Olympic Weightlifters, but not all of them. All athletes' bodies look exactly like they should look like as their body was meant for that sport. Having the juiced up appearance, is a disadvantage at some sports.

They sem you think that you can take roids and you automatically have muscles and strength, that's not how it works. You still have to put in a lot of dedicated time to lift weights and eat right.     Not with good form it's not. Which he did not do at all. I see this poor man enduring alot of surgeries later on. And benching double your weight is not a ridiculous goal with GOOD FORM.. His techniques leave a lot to be desired but he is impressively strong.

    ​@@rachellafotanoa2783 i got out hs at 105lbs... skinny af... biggest i was mid 20s 195lbs... now in my 30s cut down to 175lbs... to gain mass you really have to eat like its a freaking job... count calories is so important to be consistent... alot ppl think there eating alot but there simply not... plus its quite expensive to get bigger... but alot ppl mess up especially on the last 1 to 2 meals that day its so easy to skip... but hes going to be eating alot even when not hungry... but probably 3 to 4000 calories a day its literally almost impossible not to gain weight and just keep upping it at platueas

    @@rachellafotanoa2783 I was 130lbs(59kg!!) at 19 during college. I moved to 170lb (very difficult to keep, 77.3kg; better was to stay at 74kg); however, I'm 5'09" (174cm). I did Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength, ask Bing what is that, and ate 3 meals a day + 2 snacks every day for a year and a half! It was not fast! In fact, that's in check with what is said to be a healthy rate, about 0.50 lbs per week (0.227 grams per week). My meals were big, but not enough to make me "fat". I looked good at 170lb, but prefered to cut back to 161 lbs. I mean, I have videos on my channel posing at bodybuidling competitions. You can see me at even lower levels.

    He's very strong and impressive nonetheless. I'm 29, 5'11" and weigh 175 lbs / 80 kgs. Best lifts are: Bench 290 lbs / 132 kgs, Squat 315 lbs / 143 kgs and Deadlift 530 lbs / 241 kgs

    1 or 2 things this guy must have number one. He has very strong genes that makes him more naturally stronger than most humans or number 2. He has a rare mutation of super strength. But either way, this guy is without a doubt. The most impressive human being showing human strength of his weight class up-to-date and that I highly respect up.     My Gym trainer, Mr.Nadimuthu, is Asian silver medallist and world JUNIOR Bronze medallist. I had seen him lifting bench press 170kgs during off-season. He normally lifts more than Anatoly in all three classes. Though he is 6kgs lesser bodyweight

    The people who compete are already not your average gym goers. 315lbs Bench here puts him at Top 16% in a light weight class, but in most commercial gyms, that's well into top 1% territory, regardless of Bodyweight. So still very impressive, but certainly not World Class.
