Apparently it wasn't just a legit question but rather he set up shop in front of that building's lobby, that man was the doorman/concierge or whatever it's called, for. :) So Tape Face acted like he was caught red handed.

Tape face is the one who went to finals without saying any single word

Omfg when he kicked the little girls chair away at 21:48 I laughed so hard her reaction is priceless!
