Practice makes a man perfect 👍
I’ll never forget Eddy Hall breaking the 1,102 Ibs mark (500 Kg.) He was the first to do it and he nearly died from it. I do find strange though when average people have picked up cars with super human strength when a loved one is being crushed underneath one. Yet Eddy nearly died picking up half a ton and the average car is 1.5 to 1.8 ton
Brother is strong. Don't need to know your opinion just strong man.

Rumor has it, every time he drops the barbell, seismic sensors around the world start picking up 'earthquake' readings
