I really do think it all comes down to who you get for a manager because the one plannet fitness i temporarily go to. ive set it off 4 times and havent gotten kicked out. to be completely honest it rarely gos off and most of the time when it does they just set it of as a joke to have a bit of fun. But like i said thats the one i go to so i don't know what other ones may be like.

dont know if this is true but ive always heard that muscles grow the best when theyre in a calorie bath. thats why all the strong men are fat. so bulking up and not worrying about fat to gain the largest possible muscle growth and THEN cutting fat to show the muscles seems like the right move.

Why is anyone surprised - he's a fitness influencer. Probably 90% of them are or were on gear, either because they want to achieve things that wouldn't come naturally to their genetics or because they want them way too fast and way too young. Normally men have the best shape in their 30s, when they gained some mass through their 20s. Not when they are barely out of their teenage years. Personally I'm so bored by those juiced bodies though. We have totally lost the feeling for what a normal, fit and muscular guy looks like. And that in turn pushes more boys and young men to abuse gear that might have long-term health consequences.

He was never a crip. He was an Avenue. Later they would become Rolling Avenues then Rolling 60’s but Craig was done way before Rolling Avenue even came about. The one who started crips Raymond Washington used to try to hang around Craig and the older guys while they lifted weights. Craig actually slapped the sh*t out of Raymond for making a joke about his mother.
