    I use almond milk and 2 TB spoons chia seeds soaked overnite. I don't think they are meant to be eaten without soaking....

    This is exactly how NOT to eat chia seeds. Always soak them a couple of hours. Overnight preferably.

    Eggs can raise your triglycerides. Well the yoke can. I don't eat eggs because of this. I don't like just egg whites.

    Yesterday I soaked 2 teaspoons of chia seeds with one kiwi. Stored in a mason jar. Today I ate it throughout my day. Now that I am listening to this I will drink a few more glasses of water and walk inside for 30 minutes. This way I will help flush them down and get my steps in.

    T.M.I. out there. I eat STEEL CUT OATS too ; but, i saw a video that suggest to soak them overnight in water to remove gluten. Gluten has started to bother me. It started causing me joint pains. There are natural remedies for that too.🙌🙏🙌

    If u suffer from constipation Not fiber but Fungi eat mushrooms n take mushroom capsules Didn't have any luck w a lot of fiber Can't eat small seeds like that if u have Diverticulitis Forms pockets in gut N causes constipation 😊

    20g is 1.5 tablespoons not teaspoons, also chia seeds are nothing like eggs
