Bad advice can choke on this.
I use almond milk and 2 TB spoons chia seeds soaked overnite. I don't think they are meant to be eaten without soaking....
Eggs do not cause cholesterol problems, simple carbs do that.

This is exactly how NOT to eat chia seeds. Always soak them a couple of hours. Overnight preferably.

Also, it’s a myth that eggs cause you to have high cholesterol. If you’re metabolically healthy, cholesterol is not an issue.

Eggs can raise your triglycerides. Well the yoke can. I don't eat eggs because of this. I don't like just egg whites.

@@carnicavegirl7214 I have diabetes and high triglycerides. If I eat very many eggs it raises my triglycerides. May not be the same for everyone. I just know I can't eat them.

Hydrate them first, then you could enjoy them in all kinds of drinks and smoothies etc.
Must mix with water dont ever eat it dry .
I like to mix them in my raspberry vinegarette for salad.
Yesterday I soaked 2 teaspoons of chia seeds with one kiwi. Stored in a mason jar. Today I ate it throughout my day. Now that I am listening to this I will drink a few more glasses of water and walk inside for 30 minutes. This way I will help flush them down and get my steps in.

T.M.I. out there. I eat STEEL CUT OATS too ; but, i saw a video that suggest to soak them overnight in water to remove gluten. Gluten has started to bother me. It started causing me joint pains. There are natural remedies for that too.🙌🙏🙌

I soak 2 tablespoons of chia seed in water for half an hour and drink it. Cheers 🥂
It's best to soak them at least 30 minutes. You can also ground them into powdered and use that.

1-2kg are too much. Also, 800-900g is too much
high HDL low trigs are more important than worrying about total cholesterol

I just saw on the news that someone took a spoonful of raw chia seeds. They expanded in his throat and had to go to the emergency room. This is dangerous advice.
