I am glad I saw this video. I was using chia few years ago, and I always felt sicker. I was all in pain. My joints were hurting. Nobody believed me. Anyways I stopped using them, but sometimes I thought it was all in my head. Now I have proof that chia is inflammatory. Same thing happened with quinoa.

Money is the principal reason why anyone does anything. Dr. Gundry is no exception to the rule. People are always looking for the fountain of youth and willing to pay their hard earned money for it. You too can make a fortune if you can find that one superfood and market it for the people to buy. No one would think any less of you if you did.

Listened to you podcast with real people's testimonies yesterday. I was convinced. My rheumatologist recommended your diet to me years ago but I seemed overwhelming because my I had several deaths in my family. I'm weaning out the "no" foods and went grocery shopping for some new foods. Have a dairy "casein" allergy so can eat goat cheese and coconut yogurt. Going to do your cabbage soup cleanse first. Peace be upon you. I had been suffering from loose motion for four years. I got many tests done, but there came a time when even the medicine stopped working. I had an autoimmune disorder. A doctor friend of America mine told me that there is a treatment for this disease. However, I was not hopeless. Then I came across your video on KZread. I focused on it, understood the logic over a week, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Jason Fung, and especially you❤️👈🏻. I switched to the carnivore diet. On the very first day, I stopped all medicines. Now I am in my fifth month, feeling very good, and taking supplements as well: magnesium citrate, D3, K2, and potassium citrate. I am much better because of your efforts. Age has also reversed; I feel like a young man. I have stopped all anxiety and depression medicines except for one, Lexotonal, which might also gradually be stopped. I just used chia seeds the day before yesterday, but my condition deteriorated today. I listened to your lecture today. I was really confused about what caused it. I am very grateful to you. May Allah, the Lord of all worlds, grant you happiness in both worlds.

I ferment the mixture of blueberry, tomato, chia seeds n some spices, like cinnomon power n clovers. fermetaion removes sugar and reduces lectin, well, not everyone can handle the taste😅
