How Meditation Can Help You CREATE A NEW REALITY For Your Life w/ Dr Joe Dispenza

PREORDER THE POWER OF ONE MORE HERE: thepowerofonemore.com/
Your BRAIN is the most powerful organ in your body.
Brain function is the most studied and, in some ways, least understood part about us. It continues to AMAZE, MYSTIFY, CHALLENGE, and ASTONISH us every day.
Knowing all this, it’s surprising we don’t spend a lot more time on our BRAIN HEALTH, taking every step we can to better understand how our brain works and how it impacts every part of our life.
This week, I’m welcoming back a bonafide EXPERT on how our BRAINS FUNCTION for another engaging exchange. DR. JOE DISPENZA has traveled to more than 33 countries to give lectures on discovering the full potential of the human brain and has three New York Times bestselling books to his name.
He has devoted much of his life to studying neuroscience and neuroplasticity, quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) measurements, epigenetics, mind-body medicine, and brain/heart coherence.
Don’t let those words intimidate you. It all boils down to Dr. Dispenza digging into the INNER WORKINGS OF WHAT GOES ON INSIDE YOUR HEAD.
Do you want to know how STRESS affects the relationship between your HEART AND BRAIN?
Or why you cling on to the SUFFERING in your life instead of EXPLORING THE UNKNOWN?
Are you curious how athletes gain a MENTAL EDGE to compete at the highest levels?
What are the benefits to having all parts of your brain on the same “wavelengths” so that BRAIN COHERENCE works in your favor?
Dr. Dispenza has powerful INSIGHTS to help you shed unwanted thoughts and mental roadblocks using proven science-based research. You will discover how to replace what’s holding you back with CLARITY, INTENTIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS, and POSITIVE EMOTIONS.
This isn’t an hour spent talking about theories. It’s an hour of DOWNLOADABLE AND TEACHABLE STRATEGIES that will fortify how you think so you can change your life for the better.
Get ready because Dr. Joe is about to “DISPENZA” a lot of practical advice…
…and give your brain a lot of important things to think about.
0:00 Intro
1:41 What Joe is working & excited about

22:30 What happens when you have a coherent heart & brain
25:23 What is heart coherence?
27:33 Athletes having a mental edge

My father was a Dr. He passed away after getting covid from his patients. When I listen to Dr. Joe, it feels like I'm listening to my Dad talking. My Dad understood these concepts. @@manteous I did ketamine IV infusions because I was in a really dark place and needed immediate help. I started reading a book by Dr. John Sarno called “Healing Back Pain The Mind-Body Connection” which is what led me to Dr. Joe. He popped up on my Instagram as a sponsored ad I think because of my research on the placebo effect and mind-body connection. I attended his advanced weeklong retreat and on the third day I had a mystical experience which completely changed me. Once I came back home I started doing his hour long meditations twice a day. I was meditating for two hours a day consistently for eight months straight. I NEVER missed not one day! By the end of that time I noticed significant changes in myself and now it’s just become my lifestyle because I don’t want the magic to end. Just to clarify-you don’t need to attend a retreat for a breakthrough or to overcome yourself. People are healing themselves just by being dedicated to doing the work consistently and you can too! My KZread channel documents my entire healing journey if you’re interested in hearing about it in more details. We all have an innate ability to heal ourselves. Dr. Joe is giving us the road map and knowledge on how to do it. I’m rooting for you. 🫶🏼

Havent healed it yet, but stopped taking my meds for the most part. Im not a 100% sure, but i think thats because of the work. Its not like a am super happy now, theres still some stuff im not satisfyied with but i know im making progress week by week because of these daily meditations. Biggest thing i learned is actually catching my thoughts on their way and analyzing them. I mean just 8 months ago i never thought it was possible to watch you thoughts like you would watch a car on the freeway. Pretty concrete changes if you ask me. I got a hole lot of hope back, of which i just last year thought that there was no more for me.

I love Dr Joe so much! I got really sick with autoimmune in 2020 and made it to the first event he had that year in Nov, I went there barely able to walk or sit up and had to use a walker just to get to the bathroom. My S/O had to prop me up with pillows and lay me down for meditations, I left without the walker never used it a day since and I almost have no pain in my body now! I’m almost fully recovered from a horrific physical state where all my muscles had atrophied and I wanted to die from insane amounts of pain 24/7! Now my life has exploded with joy and abundance and I’m going to be buying my first farm very soon and retiring my parents! It’s all this work!!! I LOVE you Dr Joe! IF you read "The Power of your subconscious Mind" by Joseph Murphy Ph.D. written in 1965 you will instantly see where Joe Dispensa gets his ideas. It will shock you to see what JD claims he gets done by his meditations you can easily get by reading this book. One small quote from page 66 that sums up JD's teaching J. Murphy states "the success of [this ]technique depends on the confident conviction that the thought, the idea, the picture is already a fact in mind. In order for anything to have substance in the realm of mind, it must be thought of as actually existing there." An example of a chapter heading written in 1965. "Healing principle of the subconscious restores atrophied optic nerves." The whole book is filled with these examples expressed very simply as opposed to JD's scientific gobbly gook language. Always saw JD as a marketing manipulator of vulnerable people for money. Reading this book proved it. You do not have to be a thinking person to see this when you read the book.

@@joycemiller1935 you definitely have to be a specific kind of thinking person to arrive at your perspective. JD never claims he discovered anything. He has merely developed specific techniques that can be useful and he is selling those techniques. Dr Murphy wasn't the first to write about these ideas. They've been around for mellinia and every generation and nearly every culture has written about it. Don't be a hater, it goes against dr. Murphy's teachings.

This work has changed my life on so many levels. I NEED to make a testimonial so others can see that it can be true for them, their family and pets. I no longer have scoliosis and the chronic back pain that goes along with it! After a car accident where I was T-boned I've had terrible neck pain all of the time; but not now! I will get an X-ray, but the chiropractor I met at the event looked at the X-ray I had on my phone and said your back doesn't feel like that photo! She checked me three times!!! I hope she received the healing she is working towards as well. My dog had a fully blown out knee; CCL (human ACL) and meniscus; surgery is what the regular vet suggested. Being holistic, I called another vet who had helped other dogs heal. I was told it would take a year of living in a crate and only coming out for short potty walks. NOT acceptable! We did the matter to matter stuff...chiro adjustments, laser, acupuncture, massage and water treadmill therapy. I had been doing Dr Joe's work since the fall of 2018. I started meditating for her at least twice per day. Her injury was February 1, 2021; I don't know the exact day she was healed, but while visiting a friend who was going to watch her while I attended another week long event in Marco Island, my dog jumped over the couch from behind it! Not a big deal for a great dane, but Ruby is short; not coming up to my knee! I truly feel she had to do something BIG for me to see that she was fine and I could stop pushing her in a stroller and carrying her all the time! At 34 pounds that wasn't easy for me! At my most recent event last week in Orlando (11/22) I decided I was ready for a loving relationship. Prior to attending this weeklong I became super focused with my thoughts and feelings about creating this relationship. I did Changing Boxed, BOTEC or Synchronizing Your Energy to Love meditations every night. I would feel incredibly grateful for love of my new 'perfect partner'. At the event the color green called to me, so I went in that line. The first night I saw this nice looking man with an empty chair next to him.....that was the start of what we feel is going to be an amazing relationship, it's only been a week at this point. When he said he was so happy we met, I told him he didn't have a chance, I meditated my butt off so that we would meet. 😀 There is so much more I could say about this work and how life changing it is. I've healed relationships with family and learned to love myself fully. Thank you Dr Joe! I love. respect and have deep gratitude for you!

As a lifelong Meditator since the age of 12, I was forced into a three against one fight for my life with a wife at home and a beautiful six-year-old daughter. Well, for nine years I had studied Kenpo Karate knife attacks so the moment before the Mexican Gang leader whipped out his knife, my mind went into a state of Peace, so I slowly stepped back Shielding my heart, stomach and lungs with my left arm from what I knew was coming. He was fast with his stab, but I was just a fraction faster with my downward block across his knife while shooting a Cobra strike to his eyes which blinded him in the right eye for life. Remember I was fighting for my little family. In short, being a lifelong Meditator brought me a focus that nothing else could have done.

Daily meditation, visualization. I can feel things in my chest and body that ive never experienced before. I stream tears during these moments because they are so incredible. It is my religion. I am in the best shape of my life, getting married to my best friend, in control of my career and pursuing a dream ive had for literally 25 years. It is almost unreal. It takes practice and extraordinary discipline but it will work, I promise.

Something I didnt think possible, now I am positively influencing my partner, child, and friends. This morning I had an intellectual and highly connected conversation with a psychologist that I gained so much insight into myself from. Hey Tim, As someone who had allot of resentment towards the world and people around me I feel I could give you direction on this. Resentment is a stuck emotion due to an outcome from the past that may or may not have been inflincted unfairly upon you. Now since we are talking about resentment there is a bit victimization in there, the why me? And I suggest you take a look a peter crone's work on this but here it comes; Whatever happened, could only have happened, because it did happen! im not saying it was optimal or great but if you can understand and truely understand that statement there is a huge amount of freedom because if you can truely say its what happend and really it was out of my control. Then that creates a space where you can start letting it go. Then you might say well some things were actually in my control! Great, then there is room for accountability in what happened from your part and you can start accepting that(your actions) aswell. It is in the end what happened. This should provide more internal space to things a place, accept them and move on. So finally then, and this is what I tell myself. Whatever happend to me, HAD to happen in order for me to grow. Life will show me people and circumstances to reveal where I am not free yet as a person. Anyways hope this helps you in some way

@@a7203 First of all I accept that JD is a brilliant marketing genius with essential knowledge that we are energy beings and using this energy we can heal ourselves. I also accept that he has matured from when I was first introduced to him and that he helps a lot of people because he speaks the language of science which is our modern-day religion of belief. If science says it is so, it must be so. Nevertheless, I would agree that JD has been able to take ancient truths or teachings such as Dr. Murphy and show the science behind them. I discovered JD in 2018. I watched a number of KZreads of his description of his alleged car accident, I can't see them now but in some, he states he was hit by a transport truck, and in others an SUV driven by a woman. I spent 18 years as a judge on a special tribunal of the Superior Court to deal with car accident cases. Aside from the contradiction of the type of vehicle that hit him, his description of his accident never made sense. It is possible that a Triathalon was held on a road with speeding vehicles. I will accept that absurdity. However, I could never figure out where the traffic policeman was standing that he urged JD to go forward, i.e. turn the corner without either the traffic cop or JD seeing a speeding vehicle barreling down the road. Common sense would say that if you are having a triathlon on a road with speeding trucks and SUVs that at a minimum you would halt the traffic so that the bikers could turn onto the road. In his early youtube videos, he says he cured his broken spine himself by practicing visualizations. He states this as if he had developed this idea on his own. However, when you read Joseph Murphy's book written in 1963 the sentences and phrases and ideas that JD uses are almost verbatim including making a "mind movie." I guess what I feel irritated by is not what JD teaches but that he makes it sound as though he discovered this on his own when he was 22 recovering from his accident (possible). However, he makes you feel you have to buy his progressives, meditations, and most important attend his week-long events in order to have these amazing healings. I surprised my neurosurgeon when 6 months after he had to leave part of a tumor on my spinal cord, as being inoperable, it had gone away. That was 4 years ago and a recent MRI shows it is still gone. I did it by cleansing, acupuncture, and daily qigong. I now do 3 zoom classes of qigong a week with Lee Holden (www.holdenqigong.com). The cost for 12 live one-hour classes a month that including starting with a 20-minute Q & A with Lee is $39 a month. If you miss the live class you have two weeks to see it. Contrast this accessibility with JD who you have to subscribe for $9.99 a month to hear 3 or 4 chosen people who can ask him a question to approximately 48 people a month, not specifically chosen, who can ask Lee their questions before class. Moreover, you can join for free for two weeks without a credit card to try out. Qigong for health and longevity has been around for some say for 5,000 years and in contrast to JD's marketing is both inexpensive and accessible. Lee Holden is a master of energy for over 30 years. A genius with great humility. If you are curious check him out and see the contrast with JD. You will also hear a lot of JD's teaching - which is "as old as time.

@@a7203 Thank you for your thoughtful response. I do not see any of JD's 2018 youtube videos on Line that made me so uncomfortable. What I can say is I have seen JD change for the better since I was first introduced to him. In those videos, he would promote the necessity of attending his one-week retreat so that you can be instantly healed. He does not do that anymore. Now I hear him saying you must do the meditations daily and there is no big marketing push that you must attend his week-long retreats. I recently saw a wonderful interview with Dr. Chatterjee on KZread that totally impressed me. Very different in tone and manner. It was so good I am recommending it to a friend who also in 2018 was put off by his manner. We all have a shadow side and his shadow stood out for me in 2018. I have read his books and have recently purchased, but have not as yet practiced, his meditation on "you are the placebo." My critical comment on this youtube page came when a friend of mine, an acupuncturist who works with homeless people and people with deep traumas, recently recommended Murphy's 1963 book that was part of a hypnosis training she is doing. I was shocked to see how similar it was to JD's teaching which resulted in my strong comment here. I have now decided, after having this dialogue with you I am going to let it go. Hope this dialogue has inspired you to take a look at Lee Holden's webpage. It has inspired me to make an effort to let go of my criticism of JD's marketing. He is bringing ancient wisdom to the world in a modern language at a critical time when it is most needed.

@@a7203 I firmly believe in spontaneous healing. Many years ago I read a book called "The Three Faced of Eve, describing a woman with multiple personalities. I learned on further research that in one personality a person can have a life-threatening allergy that completely disappears instantly when another personality shows up. We are energy beings. I knew about concepts like epigenetics and neuroplasticity (but not those names) decades before modern science found them. They can be found in Ancient practices such as qigong or more recent ones like Feldenkrais developed by Dr. Feldenkrais who was both a physicist and a black belt martial artist. I think the positive of JD's work is he is speaking the modern language of science that is opening up the world to the fact that we are energy beings. A concept has yet to be understood or accepted by modern medicine.

I I am a professional Portrait and Figurative Painter which demands a high amounts of focus and I’m always in the public hi and that caused me so much stress especially during ups and downs and relationships. By listening to Dr. Joe, I was able to get rid of my negative thinking and brainwash myself into changing not only the way I think but eliminating the negative chatter to create an image that I want in my life. I do that every day as soon as I wake up and most of the time before I go to sleep at night and most of the times when I think or say I’m doing something or I want something to happen it does. So I’d love to thank him for his knowledge and his commitment to helping human beings. Great show

I watched The Secret back in 2006. Joe was one of the guests who shared their wisdom. Absolutely phenomenal. It was eye opening for me and so many. It was like having an out of body experience while doing brain surgery, reprogramming my thought patterns. But I know, like with everything, we need to revisit the powerful changes we made to better ourselves, like cars need yearly maintenance, our bodies need bi yearly check ups , our lessons need to be revisited. I was at an exquisite , gorgeous , meditative and Zen like place, outside of San Diego, Ca.. The experience cannot be duplicated although your life will change. One or two days out of the week, the guests are offered a silent 2 hour hike. Meaning just that. No one is allowed to talk. It is a time to reflect, to meditate, to hear your body, to quiet the editor in your brain. I had done this walk a number of times and I had never seen so many women, powerful women, CEOs, Presidents of large companies, Fortune 500 companies, Forbes top, famous actors, writers, all who have intense jobs who are expected to run a successful business but perhaps never slowing down to hear their own body and mind telling them to take a breath, I watched as these incredible women walk up this mountain in silence only to walk down in tears, literally sobbing, because it was the first time for many, that they slowed down long enough to really hear their inner voice telling them they were enough, just by being alive. By the end of the week, every single guest looked as if they were no longer carrying a steamer trunk on their shoulders , they looked at least 10-15 years younger, had lost weight and wrinkles, had made wonderful new friends and walked away with lessons learned with proof of positive change. The guests I spoke to all said the one thing that helped make a difference and really stood out for them was meditation because they actually felt their mind and body change. The tension was gone. Their heart rate slowed down. They actually enjoyed dining instead of standing at a kitchen counter eating. ( guilty!!) For me, slowing down sped up my healing process !

One of the coolest things is how excited and happy Ed gets when he listens to Joe. It’s awesome.
