actually, after boiling first, then freezing there cannot be a "first class product". The tasty is quite different - a pale shadow - from fresh grilled lobster
My goodness what a beautiful service to the costumers, Very clean factories with professional workers, I love it.
That is not a cooking process. It’s called HPP. A type of cold pasteurization under water pressure.
Should consider someone who doesn't have such a sharp voice for the voice over work in the future. It should be mellow for easy listening.

Not consuming lobsters whole is, as a rule, very wasteful. Some of the crustaceans shown were not lobsters but crayfish!
The narration is in the dorky geek format which ruins the video completely.

A rather expensive food
It sucks to be a male lobster or male in most foods. You end up on the serving plate and the females go free. That is the way it has to be or no more lobsters or steaks. PJ

how is the UAE a exporter of lobster? ice is put in the box to keep alive and prevent spoilage not kill bacteria. also lobster turns orange when cooked they don't come out the same color they go in. such a BAD AND MISINFORMING video
