This is all and more I expected from the intro to this series! Honestly, your whole team is second to none... Between the sheer fun, there is just so much information packed into a short 20min video, and I don't know anybody or anything that currently manages to even approach this sort of videomaking quality! It's not just because I'm a huge fan, but just from an objective/didactic standpoint, the quality of your video productions is just way beyond 99% you can find on TV, KZread or anywhere. You're setting new standards here, and this video is a case in point!

Also there is no comparison between Boston/Maine clam Chowder with NY style red, upper east north always wins with the proper clam chowder that is thick, creamy, and excellent.

Those are currants or gooseberries, probably Ribes N., native to Europe, and popular in Europe; not in USA, but currants and gooseberries are native to both

Coming from a Canadian, we have some of the best seafood, you’ve brought up canada twice in a weird way, I’d love for you to film in canada, some of the best seafood you can get on the coast.
