Hi Amy. I'm sorry about your Dad. I enjoyed your video. I have been at Lifetime for over 20 years. Sometimes maintaining is success. With the challenges you had this month you deserve a "Bravo!. I heard at least two goals you made for the month. 1. Get the key card. 2. Make your Drs. appointments. You are setting yourself up for a good month.

I lost 1.8 for June and am down 17.6 for the year. July is my most challenging month of the year (I usually call it the month where healthy eating plans go to die) due to every special occasion known to man, but I'm in a better mindset this year than I've ever been. I'm going to take care of the day I'm in, continue to "loose track" special occasion & vacation meals, and end the month not riding the slippery slope I usually experience. Thanks for sharing your story. I'm saying a prayer for your dad!
