    Thank you very much. This information is helping me to firmer out what’s happening to my body. I’ve been trying to put together this puzzle out of various symptoms that the doctors only proscribed hormones and antibiotics for.

    Thanks Lara ! I love and own both your books in various forms audible and hard copies. They have been amazing for me . I’ve used the zinc carnosine and also fixing my low iron to naturally lighten my heavy flow I cannot wait for your next book as gut issues have been a thing for me since I was diagnosed a fe wheats back with gastroparesis. Ultra low motility. It’s alot better now And I also tried iberogast and it was useful but very yuk. I have also Re discovered my childhood passion of walking for hours through the bush and now hike regularly and just recently did cradle mountain for my 40th. I’d love to see Nz. Thanks again for all your wisdom 🙏

    I have ibs and hydrogen SIBO for 6 years, have been told today i have endometriosis based on symptoms. Does this mean my sibo caused endometriosis?? What to do in this case?

    I have the same,started with bleeding for 3 months non stop,then found I have fibroid which was removed, but my problems with my gut was still there then rhey found I have hydrogen Sibo,did Food map,plus antibiotics did not helped, then they found all at the same time,they found I have an endometrioma which burst and the decided to took biopsy and woop,found endometriosis all around including in my bladder...so endometriosis removed 2 months ago,but still have the problem with my gut,so painful, the gastroenterology said the only thing I can do is Low food map diet and that's it.I've been on it for 10 months not feeling better 😢help

    @@MegiivaFashionBeautyTips have you tried the Bi Phasic diet by The Sibo Doctor/Dr Nirala Jacobi? I am currently do that with herbal antibiotics/digestive enzymes etc. prescribed by my functional nutritionist. Looks liek their are more options out there for treating SIBO, but you'll need to shop around for a practitioner who knows somethign about it. Good luck!
