Serge, welcome to CA, I see you did this just 4 days ago. Are you planning on coming to San Francisco, maybe do a workshop?? Why not use the tripod on your pack for the HDR's and pano's? What's the plate on your camera strap?

Great tutorial .... problem is that the download doesn't have the presets in ... has .xmp files in by mistake.

Serge, always good! You mentionet that LR change the order of the HDR, but I don´t think so. In the menu of your Sony camera you have two options under Bracket Settings>Bracket order, 0 - + or - 0 +. Merci, à bientôt

Yes I know but I had it set one 0 - + and Lightroom changed the order I think...

Serge can you edit some landscape photos from scratch without preset? I learn a lot from that.

Serge, could you maybe put the video of yourself when you are in LR on the other side or so. I would love to see the histogram. On youtube your photos look a bit dark to me. Would like to see if its e.g. youtube.

I use auto focus 90% of the time, sometime when there is things close to the foreground I manual focus on them, sometime I do focus stacking if I want everything in focus

@@SergeRamelliPhotography thank you for your reply also on the focus points my camera i can use single focus point or auto focus point where it automatically detects what to focus on which do you use do you set this manually or do you let the camera choose what point it wants to focus on when shooting landscapes etc

Non, seulement mes presets signature le seraont car j'ai une version pour Lightroom 5 et 6, mais ce sont les meilleurs, l'offre qui est sous la video est bonne pour vous a 80%

I don’t get the complaining about serge’s style, he’s not saying you should mimic his style. he teaches you how to process a raw file, it’s up to you how you apply those techniques to your images.

I'm not one of these "SOOC" guys. That "unedited" talk of course is BS, editing is very important to get a good photo. But, frankly, I think many of your photos are a bit overedited and too much on the "OOOMPH! COLORS! TAKE THAT, VIEWER!" side. Guys like Nigel Danson or Thomas Heaton deliver many examples how landscape photography editing can be really tasteful.

It's always too much, too saturated. It's attractive to the eye and that's why people watch and buy. He's using the same techniques as everyone else but he cranks up the sliders and makes it more in your face. But it works. Most people always think their photos are flat but he's showing that any rubbish photo can look wonderful. You have to admire the guy cause his workflow has been the same as ever, every photo is edited the same way but people keep buying and watching.

Normal photos + excessive efects and filters = worst images
